Splinterlands Fan Art | Kha'zi Fire Mage 🐲🔥

Heyyyy, good morning, my dear readers and members of the #Hive art community, and to all you card game lovers out there, happy Friday to you all, happy start to the weekend. I hope you are all doing very well and that you have had a wonderful and productive week, just like me. For those of you who are new here and don't know me yet, let me introduce myself. My name is Manuel, and I would like to welcome you once again to my art blog. This time, I'm bringing you an illustration inspired by one of the cards from the game created by my dear friends in the #Splinterlands community, which features a variety of characters and creatures in their popular game. This time, I wanted to go with the magical character cards, which is why I chose to represent the card of (Kha'zi Fire Mage), who are a group of powerful mages living in isolation in primitive conditions, hidden in the jungles of the Infinite Valley. They harness the primal forces of fire not to destroy, but to protect their people, and they are willing to burn anyone and anything to ashes to keep their people safe:

Heyyyy, muy buenos días mis queridos lectores y lectoras de la comunidad artística de #Hive, y para todos aquellos amantes de los juegos de cartas, feliz viernes para todos, feliz inicio de fin de semana, espero se encuentren muy muy bien y que por supuesto hayan tenido una maravillosa y productiva semana al igual que yo; para quienes sean nuevos por aquí y aun no me conozcan, me presento, mi nombre es Manuel y me gustaría darles la bienvenida una vez mas a mi blog de arte. En esta oportunidad les vengo a traer una ilustración inspirada en una de las cartas del juego de mis queridos amigos de la comunidad de #Splinterlands, los cuales cuentan con una variedad de personajes y criaturas dentro de su popular juego; esta vez quise irme por las cartas de los personajes mágicos, y es por ello que me decante por representar la carta de (Kha'zi Fire Mage), los cuales son un grupo de poderosos magos que viven aislados en condiciones primitivas, escondidos en las selvas del Valle Infinito, aprovechan las fuerzas primigenias del fuego no para destruir, sino para proteger a su pueblo, y estarán dispuestos Quemar a cualquiera y cualquier cosa hasta reducirlo a cenizas para mantener a salvo a su gente:

PROCESS / PROCESO

Well, I decided to start the process of my work by making a good preliminary sketch. In this case, I tried to adapt the original design of (Kha'zi Fire Mage) a little more to my own style. I drew her slightly centered on my canvas, but with a slightly average structure. I decided to draw her with her right arm slightly raised and pointing forward, while in her hands I created what would be dragon-head-shaped gloves with which she better channels the magical fire from her fists. Once I had clearly defined the structure and pose of the main character, I continued with the coloring process. For the skin base, I decided to start with salmon and red tones to create a very realistic, but above all very soft, skin, and for this I used an airbrush.

Bueno, decidí empezar con el proceso de mi obra realizando un buen boceto primario, en este caso trate adaptar un poco el diseño original de (Kha'zi Fire Mage) un poco mas a mi estilo propio, la dibuje un poco centralizada en mi lienzo, pero a una estructura un poco media, decidí dibujarla con su brazo derecho un poco elevado y apuntando hacia el frente, mientras en sus manos cree lo que serian las especies de guantes con forma de cabeza de dragón con los cuales canaliza mejor el fuego mágico desde sus puños. Una vez logre definir muy bien la estructura y pose del personaje principal continúe con lo que seria el proceso de coloreado, en el caso de la base de la piel decidí empezar con unos tonos salmones y rojos para construir una piel con bastante realismo, pero sobre todo muy suave, y para ello emplee el aerógrafo.

I created the mouth of the Kha'zi Fire Mage using a palette of soft pink colors, trying to create good volume for both the upper and lower lips. Then, using slightly more intense red tones, I created a blush in the middle of the cheekbones and around the eyelids. Next, using slightly deeper red tones, I shaped the eyes, making them quite large and very expressive. To paint the character's hair, I used a slightly darker color palette, taking some intense purple tones and creating medium-length hair, but gathered behind her head in a kind of bun. I also used the previous red tones to create a ribbon or band around her forehead.

La construcción de la boca de la (Kha'zi Fire Mage) la realice utilizando una paleta de colores rosados suaves, con ellos trate de formar un buen volumen tanto para el labio inferior como el superior; luego con tonos rojos un poco mas intensos fui creando rubor en la zona media de los pómulos y alrededor de los parpados, luego escalando un poco mas los tonos rojos fui formando la mirada con unos ojos bastante grandes y full expresivos. Para el pintado de la cabellera del personaje use una paleta de colores un poco mas oscura, tome algunos tonos morados intensos y cree una cabellera de un largo medio, pero recogida detrás de su cabeza con una especie de moño; también aproveche los tonos rojos anteriores para crear una cinta o banda alrededor de su frente.

In the third stage, I took care of the clothing for (Kha'zi Fire Mage). For the outfit, I used a variety of bright purple and violet tones. For the torso, I created a kind of blouse with a slightly thick texture and gold details between the bust and shoulders. Then I created a kind of skirt with an even rougher and thicker fabric and texture to cover her legs, as well as a belt with reddish tones similar to the band on her forehead. To create the dragon head-shaped gloves, use medium red tones. It is important to use stiff brushes here, and in this case, use a watercolor brush and another square-tipped brush to give the sides and upper part a grid-like shape. Then, for the lower part, use light brown tones, and for the eyes, use bright yellow.

En la 3ra etapa me ocupe de la vestimenta para (Kha'zi Fire Mage), en el caso del atuendo use una variedad de tonos purpura y violetas brillantes, en el caso del torso cree una especie de blusa de textura un poco gruesa con detalles de oro entre el busto y los hombros; luego cree una especie de falda de tela y textura aun mas rugida y gruesa que cubriese sus piernas, así como un cinturón con tonos rojizos similar a la de la banda en su frente. Para crear los guantes con forma de cabeza de dragón use tonos rojos intermedios, algo importante aquí es usar pinceles rígidos, y en este caos use la acuarela y otro de punta cuadrada para darle esa forma cuadriculada a los lados, la parte suprior; luego para la parte baja use tonos marrones claros, y para los ojos amarillos brillante.
