No doubt about bots getting more rewards than real players.
The game seems to be at a slow pace rn and the low leagues are not rewarding which made most active players try to level up or rent out cards.
This now gives room for people who can afford the game and not everyone, but the bots issue needs to be solved too just like they solve multiple accounts by tanking the lower league rewards.
Forgive my rant, I'm just a bronze ii player who is trying hard to hit bronze I or silver someday in the future.
The game is fun for me but we also have to point out issues when possible.

A lot of players face the same issue. Not rewarding enough for people who do not invest thousand dollar. No new people joining due no progress while older players getting bored and move to other games.
Don't get me wrong, i dont think Splinterlands will die. But change is needed.

I get your point and I know how hard it is for any new player trying to get in now.
I'm also a noob in the game and I hope things change in the future too.
