Splinterlands Blood Lust Comeback

I had a fascinating comeback today in one of my battles. I just have to share it and discuss why it was so fascinating.

The link to the battle is above and on first look it can appear that I have the upper hand but once you watch through the first two rounds you realize its not so much.

My formation was focused on magic attacked buy my opponent was good an neutralizing the magic with death. What made the battle dragged was one of the rule sets included rebirth. The multiple deaths necessary to knock out opponents monsters basically doubled but it helped me to survive just a little longer so that my Quora could multiply in stats and create a final blow to my opponent's formation.

After round 1 it appears its a stalemate but what would ensue was my decimation.

My formation was losing magic attack even though I was able to knock out one of their monsters. It would progress in the following rounds.

Another round of getting monsters knocked out.

What was happening was my rebirth gave way to survival and able to just put out one more magic attack for each monster making it the knock out punches I needed.

I ended up winning mainly because of Quora's Blood Lust. What a comeback.
