Splinterlands BloodLust Gone Wrong?

Now and then I get beaten really badly and learn a great lesson in what combos other players can use. Today I want to discuss an interesting one with the use of bloodlust.

https://splinterlands.com/?p=battle&id=sl_0bdb89120ffbe5bb03c90785b659f1d1&ref=mawit07

I was a victim in this battle but learned that using Grandmaster summoner with
Jared Scare there is a good chance we can get a big win.

Apparently with such a combo every and any opponent that gets locked out earns Jared a boost. In the match you can see it continuously getting stronger as my formation gets slowly decimated.

The end result is that my opponent gets a very easy win with the boost of Jared. I don’t know if this is some sort of loop hole or what but clearly bloodlust is working more than it was intended and that clearly gave my opponent the advantage.

Have you seen this before? Where a monster with bloodlust but does not have to knockout opponents monsters on its own but just stays in formation and still grow in stats for every opponent’s monster that gets knocked out?

Maybe it has something to do with Amplify ability but that is just to increase damage. Very odd.

Until next time thanks for reading!!!

I think the Adelaide was one of the reasons you lost, Kept providing that armour cover which made it possible for Jared to decimate your backline. The Jared became unstoppable.

Jared is a tough one to battle in the opportunity. Grandmaster Rathe is annoying to fight and it makes me wonder if I should buy it for my own deck because I don't have it.
