Splinterlands My Seasons Review

This season was my first season to open end of season rewards at diamond and I applied potions. Although I don’t believe the use of potions resulted in me getting more or better rewards I still like the amount of cards I had pulled. I could not believe there was one chest with as much as 20x common but then again I don’t pull diamond chests that often.

In the stats column I did terrible in terms of win to loss ratio as I was in the low 0.8 ratio. My overall rating was in gold league and stuck just outside top 1000. I was unable to reach Diamond league before end of season. This will mean I will only be pulling gold chests next end of season. :(

I want to mention my struggles against bots are real. It is frustrating to watch matches where I know my opponent has selected the most efficient combos to neutralize my formation even before the battle begins. This happens to me more often than not leading to extending losing streaks. Wild league is very difficult to navigate even when I have a decent card collection. This is simply frustrating.

On the rewards front I have pulled a decent amount of cards but my sps gains are not as substantial as I had hoped.

Majority of the season I kept most of my staked sps for personal use is reading of lending out since the lending price of Dec per staked sps has free fallen.

With that being said the land 1.5 delay may benefit me as I try to accumulate more Dec before the roll out.

For my rental income surprisingly it seems I am on the rise in gains from rentals. Although not a lot much more at least it’s not an all time low.

In conclusion I am gaining ground on my soul bound reward cards. As I mentioned in prior posts I have been able to start leveling up some commons all the way to level seven. I look forward to continue growing my collection in the coming season.

My short term goal is to hold onto 250k DEC as that is what I need to fill up my land plots. I will also be strategic with what cards to stake and invest in more max levels to do so.
