Splinterlands Updated Roadmap
I was excited to see updates on their latest roadmap and now have a lot to look forward to in the months to come.
Use of land will be getting update soon enough. Meanwhile new side game Soulkeep which I believe uses Nightmare card packs will be also up and running. I have steadily been accumulating packs steadily and can not wait to use them soon.
The CP to SPS conversion for ranked battles will also be slated out before or on July 5th. That hopefully will push SPS prices higher. Then for the next quarter a ton of neat stuff is in store. The newest cards series, Rebellion, will roll out. That hopefully will pull in more new players.
Not to mention a ton of updates in further land expansion, game play and token economics. It does feel as though next quarter target dates besides Rebellion is kind of broad, but upcoming next two months some big changes are happening.
Again I am focusing on accumulating SPS and Nightmare packs to be ready for the ranked battle updates and Soulkeep roll outs. What are you getting ready for after seeing the latest roadmap updates?

Planning for future is a good thing and you are buying packs for the future will boost your splinterland experience in the future.
The way we see it, the changes that have been made were not in their white paper. We pray that the changes that are happening will start to attract new users to this game.
The end of the roadmap is 2 quarters and rebellion isn't slated until the second one. Even aggy is saying it probably won't come until 2024. I think Aggy is expect land is going to create card fomo and then he can release a big set.
In reality, we will still be flooded with cards and there still won't be room for rebellion in the beginning of 2024. I think land is going to pull about 1/4 of the cards off the market up front and maybe 1/3 by the end of 2023. Hopefully land 2.0 will take more off the market but right now, we need 3/4 taken off the market in order to change anything. THere won't be any room for rebellion. Expect more burning mechanics to come.
We need more players involved and cheaper way to get adoption. I can’t say there are easy ways to this and do agree a lot of hurdles along the way. Still Splinterlands has proven multiple times to be able to weather the challenges. !PIZZA !LOL

It looks like the CP to SPS changes are happening faster than I expected. I was expecting it to happen more towards August/September but it's coming in July.
That is the plan and I am anticipating it will happen !WINE

I am curious for the last stage where it contains in Gameplay Arena, will this be a duel battle or what?
I don’t know the details but would assume draft in Arena to potentially have more ways to play brawls…
