Splinterlands Art Contest: Week 178 - Silvershield Assassin

Hi all!

Today, I present a new digital art work which is my entry for splinterlands art contest week organized by @splinterlands. Once again, I am happy to participate in this contest and the character I worked on is called Silvershield Assassin.

This character takes on a lot of the dirty work and usually easily forgotten when done however, its purpose and duties shouldn't be totally neglected. You can see and feel the character's small jagged daggers that looks curvy which it usually use for destruction in a silent manner.

The painting was done with AutoDesk sketchbook application and I used Note 10+ as my pad. See my steps below:

Step 1 - Creating the figure

Step 3 - Making the first coating of the background

Step 4 - Adding the first coating of the model

Step 5 - Coloring the background

Step 6 - Now adding colors to the model's cloth

Step 7 - Adding color to the model

Step 8 - Adding brighter colors to build forms

Step 9 - Blended

Step 10 - The shield is takung shape

Step 11 - More work on the chest

Step 12 - Now working on the right hand and the dagger

Step 13 - The eye have been worked on

Step 14 - Here the finishing touches have been done and the hair have been worked on
