Breaking Splinterlands News - Using starter cards reduces rewards!

Splinterlands updated today and using starter cards reduces rewards.

Under the Mana count there is now a message Rewards are reduced by the % of starter cards used.

Make sure when you play to pay attention. If your card has an S in the upper right hand corner, then it is a starter card.

Time to load up on some Non-Starter Cards!
What are your thoughts on the change? Good, Bad? Bot killer or player slayer?

I don't know what might be the reason. I mean those were the strategies right why to change. I feel a bit bad

It might reduce the number of bots. It will make it more expensive for people to play. Hopefully, it will be a good thing in the long run.
