Today I want to share with you this new battle for the weekly challenge, where the protagonists will be the dragon-type cards, and although I don't have too many, today I want to show you what strategies I normally used with the few cards I have. I usually use these types of cards with those rivals who use fire-type decks, since thanks to the shield that the summoner Drake of Arnak gives me, I usually avoid the first damage on my cards, which gives me a certain advantage against cards that with a lot of melee damage, so use water-type cards, for its versatility between magic and physical damage.

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes esta nueva batalla por el reto semanal, donde las protagonistas serán las cartas de tipo dragón, y aunque no tengo demasiadas, hoy quiero mostrarles que estrategias utilizó normalmente con las pocas cartas que tengo. Este tipo de cartas las suelo utilizar con aquellos rivales que utilizando mazos de tipo fuego, ya que gracias al escudo que me da el invocador Drake of Arnak, suelo evitar el primer daño en mis cartas, lo que me da cierta ventaja contra cartas que con mucho daño cuerpo a cuerpo, por lo que utilice cartas de tipo agua, por su versatilidad entre daño mágico y físico.

As a Summoner / Como Invocador: Drake of Arnak.
I chose this summoner because it gives me an extra shield point, plus I only have one other summoner of this type, which even though it costs a point less mana, doesn't have any effect, so it's not that hard of a decision either, jajaja.
Escogí este invocador ya que me otorga un punto extra de escudo, además de que solo tengo otro invocador de este tipo, que aunque cuesta un punto menos de maná, no tiene ningún efecto, por lo que tampoco es una decisión tan difícil, jajaja.
In First Position / En Primera Posición: Failed Summoner
I used this card as my tank, and although there are some better cards out there, due to its dual abilities it's usually a tough nut to crack, at least on the first turn, but mostly it was more thinking about this week's theme, jajaja.
Utilicé esta carta como mi tanque, y aunque hay algunas cartas mejores, por su doble habilidad suele ser un hueso duro de roer, al menos en el primer turno, pero sobre todo fue más pensando en el tema de esta semana, jajaja.
In Second Position / En Segunda Posición: Wave Runner.
In addition to its good speed and good physical attack, use this card mainly for its Reach ability, which allows you to attack from the second line, and although it does not have much health, thanks to the shield that it will gain, it can resist several attacks when it reaches the first line. position.
Además de su buena velocidad y su buen ataque físico, utilice esta carta sobre todo por su habilidad Alcanzar, que le permite atacar desde segunda línea, y aunque no tiene demasiada vida, gracias al escudo que ganará, puede resistir varios ataques cuando llegue a primera posición.

In third position I played this card, since in addition to having a very good damage, it has the Chance ability, which will allow me to eliminate the weakest or weakened cards of my rival, in addition to having a good amount of life, with which will protect my later letters.
En tercera posición jugué está carta, ya que además de tener un daño muy bueno, tiene la habilidad Oportunidad, lo que me permitirá eliminar las cartas más débiles o debilitadas de mi rival, además de que tiene una buena cantidad de vida, con lo que protegerá a mis cartas más retrasadas.
In Fourth Position / En Cuarta Posición: Venari Wavesmith.
In this formation, one of my favorite cards could not be missing, since in addition to dealing magic damage, it has the Shield ability, which will considerably increase the shield points of my cards.
En esta formación no podía faltar una de mis cartas favoritas, ya que además de realizar daño mágico, tiene la habilidad Proteger, lo que aumentará considerablemente los puntos de escudo de mis cartas.
In Fifth Position / En Quinta Posición: Ice Pixie.
Since I had few mana points left to continue summoning, I opted for Ice Pixie and another card in last position, making things more difficult for my rival to reach the cards with more important damage.
Ya como me quedaban pocos puntos de maná para seguir invocando, me decante por Ice Pixie y otra carta en última posición, poniéndole las cosas más difíciles para rival para llegar a las cartas con daño más importante.

This probably wasn't the best card to play in late position, since I was looking to repel attacks from my opponent's creatures with the Sneak ability, but I can't complain too much either, since it worked very well, jajaja.
Posiblemente está no fue la mejor carta para jugarla en última posición, ya que lo que buscaba era repeler las ataques de las criaturas de mi rival con la habilidad Furtivo, aunque tampoco me puedo quejar demasiado, ya que funcionó muy bien, jajaja.

We had 29 mana points for summoning, and as a condition there were none. There was also no limitation with the type of cards to be used.

My opponent came out playing with a fire-type deck, exactly what he wanted, since he had 5 games in a row using fire-type decks, but when I saw his cards I was a bit surprised, because of how varied his monsters' attacks were.
Mi oponente salió jugando con un mazo de tipo fuego, justamente lo que quería, ya que tenía 5 partidas seguidas utilizando mazos de este estilo, pero al ver sus cartas me sorprendí un poco, por lo variado que eran los ataques de sus mounstros.
At the end of the effects of summoners and other monsters, my enemy's cards had gained a life point and increased their physical damage, while I had increased the defense of my cards, so it would be a very interesting battle.

As expected, my Xenith Archer was good bait for opposing Sneak creatures, but being Tenyii, I lost all shield on the first attack.

Near the end of the first round my opponent's first card fell, ending my tank at the limit, while his Living Lava could still take a lot more hits.

My Gloridax Soldier went down early in the second round despite still having shield points, showing the importance of having more varied attacks in builds.

With the fall of his tank, he put things in my favor again, knowing that after losing two cards, my victory was to quickly eliminate his Tenyii and that it will not reach my Deeplurker.

Ice Pixie had the pleasure of eliminating the last card, finishing with 4 of the 5 cards of my opponent, being very important the protection that he put with that last card.

This was my entry for the weekly challenge using my dragon-type cards, which as I said before, not having so many, makes it difficult for me to create a variety of strategies, limiting myself to playing almost always the same way, or even, even omitting these creatures when making my lineup. I like this type of challenge a lot, since he always looked for a way to use new cards so as not to be repetitive with my posts, finding other combinations of cards that not only help me to better understand the game, but also to be better, so I promise that for the next dragon challenge, I will buy a new card, to change the dynamic a bit, jajaja.

Esta fue mi entrada para el reto semanal utilizando mis cartas de tipo dragón, que como ya he dicho antes, al no tener tantas, se me hace complicado crear una variedad de estrategias, limitándome a jugar casi siempre de la misma forma, o incluso, llegando hasta a omitir estas criaturas al momento de confeccionar mi alineación. Este tipo de retos me gustan mucho, ya que siempre buscó la forma de utilizar nuevas cartas para no ser repetitivo con mis posts, encontrando otras combinaciones de cartas que no solo me ayudan a comprender mejor el juego, sino a ser mejor, por lo que prometo que para el siguiente reto de dragones, compraré una nueva carta, para cambiar así un poco la dinámica, jajaja.
