My entry this week is about Dark Enchantress!

To this week fan art iwant to enchance my illustration on portraits and facial features. So let's get started.

The Process

Rough Sketch and Line art

My concept was to draw an impression of a proud women that always look down to others to take out the attitude or features of Dark Enchantress. I draw rough draft with pen then using Sharp Pen for finer line art.

Base Color

I add base color using color picker to the image of Dark Enchantress itself and watercolor brush tool for easy spread the color.

Hair Details and Eyes

I add shadows and hightlight to the hair using watercolor brush and air brush tool, Then draw the eye start with black to it's red iris.

Body Highlight and Shadow

Honestly i'm not good at colors but i still try to improve so please bear with my blend and techniques hehe.. So the brushes that i use into this part are watercolor, watercolor(wet)-to much easier to blend colors, airbrush.

Details and Light Glows

In this part i add the necklace and light glows by add new layer the using airbrush tool with 20% opacity i create glows i want, it is also optional to change the layer effect to screen to blend much more to the art.

Final output With Background

This is final artwork i'll hope it will much aprreciate by community! Notice that she didn't wear her hat well i think it complements well with the background rather than wearing her hat.
