Splinterlands Art Contest Week 234 . Elemental Phoenix

Hello everyone, I hope everyone is doing well. This is a new illustration that I made for Splinterlands' new contest. In the previous contest, I created an illustration of Doctor Blight. I was inspired by the Elemental Phoenix to create this illustration.

I have created some illustrations featuring Phoenix before, so it wasn't that difficult for me to make.I created it using Illustrator software I kept the color combination almost the same as my previous works. From the illustration, you can see that Phoenix is sitting here. It seems like Birds-of-Paradise in this situation . In the card the Elemental Phoenix in flight mode .

Initially, I started drawing it with a chicken body, but later added feathers to different parts of its body to give it a flame-like appearance. I used several colors, including red, orange, yellow,white, brown, black, and blue, as you can see from the phoenix pictures I have provided below.

I also added some flame grunge effects to the bird to make it look more beautiful. I worked on a few steps to make the colors of the bird more vivid. First, I made a few copies of the art and put all the normal colors in one. Then, I used Gaussian blur in one and applied hard light in its blending mode. In another copy, I used the blending mode overlay. I did the same with the background and increased the contrast of highlighted colors such as red and yellow. After completing all these steps, it came to this state,And it looks pretty good, what do you say? Hope you like it. And congratulations to all the winners.
