Hello everyone, Welcome to my blog!

In order to live and prosper in this modern world, individuals rely on and consume countless items on a daily basis.

Among these necessities are food and phones, which are important in our everyday lives. But which would i pick if i had to make the difficult choice between going without food or our phone for a day?

Without a doubt, one of the most fundamental needs for human survival is food. For our bodies to work normally and provide us with the energy we need to go about our daily lives, they need energy and food.

Our bodies would quickly become weak and exhausted without food, which could result in many kinds of health issues or even death. It's safe to assume, then, that I would not willingly choose to go a day without food.

However, our phones have instantly adapted into our daily lives, acting as our main sources of entertainment, information, and conversation. With our phones being an everyday item in our life, it's difficult to imagine a day without them.

Our phones are necessary for everything from keeping in touch with family and friends to planning our calendars and getting hold of important information.

I wouldn't be able to live without my phones alone in today's digital world, but also without the endless flood of alerts, updates, and distractions they provide.

Therefore, it's challenging to decide between having a day without food or having a day without my phone. On the one hand, food is necessary for my survival, and depriving myself of it even for a single day might have a negative impact on my health and general wellbeing.

However, my phone have become such an essential part of my everyday life that it can be uncomfortable to consider living without it.

However, if forced to make a choice, many people would likely choose to go a day without their phones rather than a day without food.

If I had to pick, though, I think I would sooner go without food for a day than give up my phone.
The reason for this is straightforward: although phones are more of a luxury, food is an essential need for survival.

Going a day without my phone could be difficult and annoying, but it shouldn't have a lasting negative effect on my health or wellbeing. However, a day without eating can have a negative impact on my body and general health.

Long-term lack of food can cause exhaustion, weakness, and even major health problems since our bodies require a steady supply of nutrients and energy to operate correctly.

In conclusion, despite the fact that both phones and food are necessary for our everyday existence, it is obvious that food is more important than phones. We could not survive, much less grow, without food.

While phones are useful for entertainment and communication, they are eventually replaceable. On the other hand, food is essential to our survival and cannot be replaced.

Therefore, if given the option, most individuals probably would prefer go without food for a day than for a day without their phones.

Both food and phone are essential part of our lives choosing one will really be difficult but my own choice will be phone. I can go two days without food, though I won't exceed but for my phone, a day without it will cost me so much
