Bienvenidos una vez mas a mi blog, hoy les traigo un nuevo #BattleMageSecrets en #Splinterlands con una batalla emocionante y muy estratégica utilizando el ruleset de esta semana: Melee Mayhem.
Uno de los rulesets mas divertidos del juego por todas las posibilidades que nos da, lo vamos a analizar a fondo asi como ver su funcionamiento en la batalla, para esta vez continuo jugando en el formato Modern en rango Bronce, ahora mismo estoy un poco corto de tiempo para jugar de lleno asi que debo limitar mis partidas, sin embargo la competitividad del formato Modern te da suficiente material para aprender todo lo necesario sobre el juego y competir de gran forma.
Pero por ahora, vamos a concentrarnos en lo que nos interesa en este post, que es el ruleset Melee Mayhem.
Welcome once again to my Splinterlands blog on Hive, today I bring you a new #BattleMageSecrets in #Splinterlands with an exciting and very strategic battle using this week's ruleset: Melee Mayhem.
One of the most fun rulesets of the Splinterlands game for all the possibilities it gives us for set a team on a battle, we are going to analyze it in depth as well as see how it works in battle, for this time I continue playing in the Modern format in Bronze rank, right now I'm a little short of time to play due to my new work fully so I must limit my games every day, however the competitiveness of the actual Modern format gives you enough material to learn everything you need about the game and compete in a great way.
But for now, let's concentrate on what interests us in this post, which is the Melee Mayhem ruleset.
✨Melee Mayhem ✨
Este ruleset tiene un funcionamiento determinante para las batallas, y es que elimina la restriccion de ataque a las cartas Melee permitiendoles atacar desde cualquier posicion del equipo, sin importar ninguno de las otras caracteristicas de la batalla.
Por si solo es un ruleset que cambia completamente todo en la batalla en la que aparece y eso lo hace ser uno de los mas divertidos de jugar, pues te obliga a pensar en una estrategia distinta a la usual.
¿Cómo sacarle provecho a este ruleset?
La mejor manera de aprovechar este ruleset es justamente utilizar cartas poderosas de ataque melee que normalmente no usariamos juntas porque estas no podrian atacar, tambien destacan mucho las cartas con dos tipos diferentes de ataque, por supuesto siendo Melee uno de esos dos.
¿Cómo hacerle counter?
Ya que es muy probable que aparezcan muchas cartas Melee, las habilidades como Shield o Demoralize son buenas formas de hacerle counter al ruleset, asi como Thorns combinado con la habilidad amplify para aumentar el daño de esta ultima.
This ruleset has a determinant function for the battles on Splinterlands, and it is that it eliminates the restriction of attack to the Melee cards allowing them to attack from any position of the team, regardless of any of the other characteristics of the battle.
By itself is a ruleset that completely changes everything in the battle in which it appears and that makes it one of the most fun to play, because it forces you to think of a different strategy than usual.
How to take advantage of this ruleset?
The best way to take advantage of this ruleset on the Splinterlands battles is just to use powerful melee attack cards that normally we would not use together because they could not attack, also stand out a lot the cards with two different types of attack, of course being Melee one of those two.
How to counter it?
Since it is very likely that many Melee attack cards will appear on the battle, those abilities like Shield or Demoralize are good ways to counter the ruleset, as well as Thorns combined with the amplify ability to increase the damage of the latter.

✨Round 1✨
Aqui tenemos una batalla de alto voltaje donde dos estrategias parecidas chocan entre si.
Mycelic Slipspawn como tanque para atraer hacia el todos los ataques a ese lugar y proteger a mis demas cartas.
Venator Kinjo, Vampire Bat y Hill Giant estan aqui para aprovechar el ruleset, permitiendoles atacar desde estas posiciones en cada turno mientras Mycelic aguanta el daño.
Quora Towershead era una pieza clave de mi alineacion, pudiendo atacar con ambos tipos en cada turno.
Goblin Psychic como curador para mi Quora, asi me ayudaria a mantenerla en batalla.
Here we have a high voltage battle where two similar strategies collide.
Mycelic Slipspawn is here as a tank on my team to draw all attacks to that spot and protect my other cards.
Venator Kinjo, Vampire Bat and Hill Giant are here on this positions to take advantage of the ruleset, allowing them to attack from these positions every turn while Mycelic takes damage.
Quora Towershead was a key part of my lineup, being able to attack with both types every turn.
Goblin Psychic as a healer for my Quora, helping me to keep her in battle.
✨Round 2✨
No paso mucho en la primera ronda, mas que dejar a ambos tanques con muy poca vida, pero gracias a la curación de mi Goblin me iba a permitir tomar la ventaja en esta batalla.
Not much happened in the first round, other than leaving both tanks with very little life, but thanks to my Goblin's healing it was going to allow me to take the advantage in this battle.
✨Round 3✨
En esta batalla cometí un error, y es que mi oponente me tomo por sorpresa usando a Quora, y por haber enviado a la batalla a tantas cartas con tan poca vida termine dándole alas a su Quora para que se fortaleciera mas allá de mis capacidades, dejándome en clara desventaja en apenas un turno.
In this battle I made a mistake on my lineuo, and my opponent took me by surprise using Quora Towershead, and for having sent so many cards to battle with so little life I ended up giving wings to his Quora to strengthen beyond my capabilities, leaving me at a clear disadvantage in just one turn.
✨Round 4✨
Ya para este punto no habia retorno posible, pues esa Quora iba a eliminarme de un solo golpe gracias a su potente ataque que se combinaba muy bien con sus otras cartas dandole soporte a su daño, en su equipo se puede ver el uso perfecto del ruleset con cartas como Xenith Monk.
At this point of this battle there was no way back, because that Quora was going to eliminate me in one hit thanks to her powerful attack that combined very well with her other cards giving support to her damage, in her team you can see the perfect use of the ruleset with cards like Xenith Monk.
✨Round 5✨
Ya no habia nada mas que decir aqui. Si no aprender acerca de los errores cometidos, para un nivel de mana tan alto hay cartas que simplemente no quedan bien ajustadas, como Venator Kinjo en esta batalla, ademas Quora es un peligro latente y en una batalla debes poner toda tu atencion en ella para no caer ante su poder devastador.
There was nothing more to say here on this battle. If not learn about the mistakes made on the team selection, for example, for such a high mana level there are cards that simply do not fit well, like Venator Kinjo in this battle, also Quora is a latent danger and in a battle you must put all your attention on it not to fall before its devastating power.
Entender los puntos debiles donde le puedes sacar ventaja a tu enemigo es primordial para convertirte en un buen jugador ¡enfocate en mejorar eso y veras como tu winrate aumentará muchisimo!
