So many things have changed recently at Splinterlands, and many of these changes were designed to increase the rewards for players. Especially the players at the higher levels. Only time will tell if this pans out, but the initial results seem positive. Let's take a look at last season's report...

I managed to finish in Diamond 2 for the first time ever! My win/loss ratio dipped just below 1, which is not what I would have liked. But, overall, I'm pleased with the results here.

This is where the recent changes should have the greatest effect. I received 70 reward cards with 2 being gold foil and 2 being legendary. Not the same two, unfortunately. Five epic cards is really good, too.
The DEC I earned for ranked play wins was well below what I used to get. This was expected as players are more active now and that DEC pool gets drained quickly. The tradeoff is that the DEC found in loot chests should be greater. Well, I got a whopping 16,736 DEC from chests. That's, by far, the most DEC I ever banked in one season.
