Some time ago I saw a #fanart of this character and I really liked it, so this time I wanted to do my version in my own style, to see how it looked. For this drawing I wanted to work the color a little less saturated, almost as if I was working with watercolors in pastel tones, which are much lighter.

Hace tiempo vi un #fanart de este personaje y realmente me gusto mucho, así que esta vez quise hacer mi versión a mi estilo, para ver tal quedaba. Para este dibujo quise trabajar el color un apoco menos saturado, casi como si estuviera trabajando con acuarelas en tonos pastel, los cuales son mucho mas claros.

I wanted to leave the pose of the original character for my version, so I started by making the sketch in my sketchbook. I looked and observed the elements of the character, to integrate them to my drawing. Most of all I added the glasses and the test tube that we can see in the original illustration. In the end I got a really good sketch.

Quise dejar la pose del personaje original para mi versión, así que comencé haciendo el boceto en mi cuaderno de dibujos. Me fije y observe los elementos del personaje, para integrarlos a mi dibujo. Mas que todo agregue lo que fueron las gafas y el tubo de ensayo que podemos ver la ilustración original. Al final me quedo un buen boceto realmente.

After I had the sketch finished, I went to work the color in the whole drawing. With this character I didn't want to complicate my life so much, as I told you before, I worked with a very clear color palette in terms of color saturation, since I wanted to try a new way of painting, obviously I looked at the colors of the original character, so I didn't go so far out of the way, but the color work was really good.

Luego que tuve el boceto terminado, me fui a trabajar el color en todo el dibujo. Con este personaje no quise complicarme tanto la vida, como les había dicho antes, trabaje con una paleta de color muy clara en cuanto a saturación del color, ya que quería probar una nueva manera de pintar, obviamente me fije en los colores del personaje original, para no salirme tanto del camino, pero realmente quedo bien el trabajo de color.

To finish with the drawing, the last thing I did was to work the final details, which are the linear, glows, add some shadows to give it a little more contrast, but not much, not to get out of the way in which I worked the color, so I worked everything simple and true, the final result I liked a lot.

Para culminar con el dibujo, lo ultimo que hice fue trabajar los detalles finales, los cuales son el linear, brillos, agregar algunas sombras para darle un poco más de contraste, pero no mucho, para no salirme de la forma en la que trabaje el color, así que todo lo trabaje simple y verdad, el resultado final me gusto mucho.
