Sturdy old gents and fair old fish wives left gawping as Splinterlands reaches the deep stunning wilderness of Cornwall

Ahoy thar me ship mates! Splinterlands,, through this ere tinternet magic, has reached the most stunningly bootiful toe of land known as Cornwall. Positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and England, Cornwall posseses some stunning natural wilderness, wildlife and some prime examples of extreme peninsula dwelling humans,,,, me ;)

Pasty = famous food of Cornwall, historical food of cornish tin miners.
Durin = Reserected Legendary Dwarflord

Anyways,, seems that I need to jump through some hoops to try and get my ship afloat,, so please excuse my brainfart ramblings as I try to make a short introduction here :]

So far I am really enjoying my first few days,, obliterated my DCR on day 1 :] I was then relieved when I realised it didn't yet matter!
Took me a good hour of grizzly losses to decide to go and read up/watch some content on the game theory, tactics, splinters & skills etc lol.
haha
Loads of really helpful stuff out there! so thanks very much everyone x
chuffed to the moon when I hooked up my few early game credits and rented a card, then double chuffed when I see that they do contribute to my deck power.. Gedon bey!! niceonebruvva!!!

Took me some effort to climb over my old person-pre-internet mindset, and commit to the hive extension on my device, but all running like clockwork here now, really pleased with how things are starting to come together and really starting to see how it works - if you can't tell already, I did have some doubts,, but after already making some steps in the game, and all of your fantastic individual personalised content is really very reassuring..

so anyway, I'm not too sharp with technology so workwith me for a bit,, I'll try and work on images for next time, then maybe even vids,,,,not sure what I'll write about again yet,,, debating if I should make some small early investments, for some banked power and try and skip some painful early gamegrinding,,, or see out this season, or maybe this and 1 fullseason and asses my progression from there... I am certainly open to advise or tips at this stage :P

Thanks again for your help that I have already read/watched :]
hope I haven't done anything wrong with this, just trying to get started, sorry if I have.
Looking forward to getting involved and meeting some nice card players

cheers and gone
Dreckly Yo ( Cornish for " later on")
