Hey Everybody !!! welcome welcome Welcome...

After lobbing a couple pebbles in here on Splintertalk, and taking a little more digestion time to get my head around the game itself, Splinterlands. I am now back, with a trickle more understanding,, both here:] and starting to really get me sea legs on the Splinterlands Battlefields...

Finaly sussed out images ( for reasons why I have trouble :P, please refer to PastyDurin's 1st Splintertalk entry ) big BIG! thanks to @Luke plays to earn @Luke-wtp for me finally cracking the screen capture spell :P Such helpfull vids dude!! appreciating your theories and content muchly.. Highly recomend any Newbies reading here, to go check Luke out!!! 100% top quality stuff

:D The young Herring Gull above is my Trophy image for that success:P he also is a "Gurt Proper Ansom" representation of me at my current Slinterlands/Splintertalk journey, very young but already standing firm, my interest clearly captivated with my horizons ever sharpening..

Journal Entries
I'm not 100% clear yet on the direction I want to go here,, but experience has me knowing that fishing blind is more fruitful than not fishing at all...
So briefly - I'll try and write short entries based around my development, strategies and successes/failures:/ both here on Splintertalk, but mostly with those epic Splinterlands cards XD

WARNING!!! PastyDurin is maybe a bit like Marmite
I don't plan to be everybodies cup of tea, of course I'm not looking for confrontation when I say that, just that my spElling and gramma will go wonkey donkey fairly often,, not deliberately, just heat of the momment stuff you know.. yep you will get random images with some factual/interesting justifications :P Those of you who like marmite, may well probably agree, that Variety is the spice of life..

try an keep this short as is very late here now, and this post is way longer than I had planned already lolzz
Well,, where too start??? This Old Dwarf is totally stoked by the new rewards tbh, seems I joined at the perfect time really, having only opened my spellbook 1 season before the change..
concise few points:
-Sharpened up some splinter strategies and had some succes
-Getting good at working out the rule sets and adapting/counteracting
-overview of markets broadening daily
-Accumulated 30 different cards already =D through these fab reward chests and some small tactical investments
-Joined a sturdy looking Guild :]
-Tried out Tounaments and had a little joy !! Geddon Bey !!

gonna leave it there, far too late here now
I'll not leave it so long until entry #4 and will talk about my ickle baby steps towards silver lol, amongst other bits n bobs
I'll try and get some Pasty pictures on the go ere Dreckly, I can't go wrong with that surely...
