I didn't have time to write while we were there, but, as you said, it's material for future posts!
Regarding buying packs vs buying specific cards from the market, I'm 100% with you and that was one of the main reasons I didn't buy anything this time... The only time that it paid off for me was when I bought Untamed packs, HODL them for around a year, and sold them... Actually, earned HIVE from doing that is used for my Hive power-ups!

But has holding the packs been better than holding cards - the latter rented out st 20% or so..?
Pools are fab especially with voucher so low - it slmost can't go down!
Well, I will just say that I have bought Untamed packs for 2-4 HIVE when they were available for purchase for $2, I think... If you check the price on Hive-Engine, you will get a clear picture... :)
Also, when HIVE was low, I sold some packs for almost 70 HIVE... that's a bit more than 20% APR 😃
Anyways, that strategy will maybe fail with CL packs as they have minted a lot, a lot more of them...
Ah yes we are in different times i think.
I still have a few Orbs and Untamed I'm sitting on. Not many, but I'm just gonna hold and hold and hold!
