Grund Lore
Grund has spent his entire life in the lowlands of Praetoria and has grown to love the land and its people. First introduced to the lore of battle as a hatchling, he has studied it ever since with enthusiasm. When he became a juvenile his hands found steel, an old rusting sword abandoned and forgotten in the swamp by some intrepid explorer. Before long it became an extension of himself as he applied all he had learnt, quickly mastering blade work. From then on, he became obsessed with the art of armed combat and he practised with any weapons he could get his hands on. When he first met Bera Dallin in New Everitt he couldn’t help but marvel at her martial prowess. After having spent some time with her he became proficient in the use of the warhammer. His great strength meant that he could hold one in a single hand and so it wasn’t long before he acquired another and began to dual wield them in combat. Grund is well loved amongst the people of Praetoria and he is a staunch defender of them, his strong ideals of honour and justice infused within in from a young age. When he heard of the Chaos Legion invasion, Grund took up his hammers in anger and sought them out immediately.

SKILL	Description
	Double strike, attack twice each round.
	Trample, If enemy monster died Grund will attack monster behind it.
	Cripple, each time an enemy is hit by a Monster with Cripple it loses one max health.

Strengths :

• Has big HP of 13 and Damage because skill double strike make Grun attack twice with total 8 damage.
• Trample skill will make Grund more dangerous because can attack several enemy at once, u will see what i mean in this battle.

Weaknesses :

• High Mana Cost 10.
• Have No armour or other defense skill so easy to died when attacked by enemy monster.

Usually Grund used in high mana battle, so we can assume that enemy monster will have high damage too. Grund not suitable as tanker unless another monster has a taunt skill that makes some monsters attack it, and only a few attack Grund, usually the monster at the front or the one with the reach skill.

Ruleset

• Super Sneak Ruleset, all Melee attack Monsters have the Sneak ability.
• Equalizer, The initial Health of all Monsters is equal to that of the Monster on either team with the highest base Health.
• Mana Cap 99
• Can Use element Fire, Earth, Life, Death, and Dragon
  

Strategy

i Choose Dragon element which have a lot high mana monster with big damage, and using Quick the Devious as my summoner, i only have one Dragon summoner in my scholar account. Because this is a sneak and high mana battle ruleset, I choose a Meele monster with the biggest damage I have, and also a Tanker Legionnaire Alvar's which have big armor.
Desert Dragon is usually not used much because it has low HP even though it has great damage, with this Equalizer ruleset it can cover its weaknesses, and I also brought Chaos Dragon because there are no more Meele monsters whose damage exceeds Chaos Dragon,
I brought Mycelic Slipspawn because his taunt skill will help other monsters survive longer.

For the strategy this time I guessed wrong, I thought the enemy would also focus on melee damage but it turns out he brought a Conqueror jacek summoner and lots of monster ranges and magic.
Summoner Jacek can provide an additional 2 speeds to all enemy monsters, all magic attacks and arrows will hit the enemy randomly, and also if the melee attack or damage range exceeds the remaining armor then the rest of the attacks will hit HP.
Because Summoner Jacek causes range and magic monsters to attack enemies randomly, the strategy of using Mycelic slipspawn is not quite right.

My Line Up

SUMMONER
Quick The Devious Quick is Legendary Summoner from element Dragon, he is not as strong other legendary summoner but it's skill reduce 1 attack to range enemy monster very usefull to counter enemy using range monster and reduce 1 speed to all enemy monster is nice debuff so we have better chance to attack first and evade enemy melee and range attack.

First Position (Tanker)
Legionnaire Alvar Great Tanker because it have big armour, have very usefull skill Void Armour, Giant Killer, Demoralize, and Deathblow, when i see enemy monster used Magnor which have 10 mana i hope that Legionnaire Alvar can hit it so skill Giant Killer can active and give double damage, but because the enemy monster have high speed it's attack always miss.

Second Position (Attacker)
Grund This is great Attacker with skill double strike which give him 8 damage total per round combined with skill trample and Cripple make him the best meele attacker in my team, because ruleset sneak he can put behind at least safe until tanker died.

Third Position (Attacker)

Carnage Titan Another Great Attacker with skill Reach (can attack monster in first position from second position), Double Strike and Shield, he could be great for tanker too because it has skill shield which reduce meele damage by half, i put it in third position, cause i don't want it to attack monster in first position, reach skill override sneak skill, i want this card to attack enemy last monster along with other meele monster, so can focus fire make enemy monster died faster.

Fourth Position (Attacker)

Desert Dragon This card almost same like Grund has trample but can only attack once, it has great skill retaliate, if hit by melee enemy monster have 50% chance to hit back, combined with skill piercing, giant killer can create great damage to the enemy, but unfortunately this monster have very slow speed only 2, so it often misses when attacking enemiy, but enemy can hit him without trouble, so i put it in fourth position which i think safe enough from enemy attack.

Fifth Position (Attacker)

Chaos Dragon Great magic Damage, His skill scatter shoot combined with blast can make additional damage to Monsters adjacent to the target Monster, and it's magic damage so ignore armour. Skill Blind (all friendly monster have increase chance to evade meele and range) and Fly can make enemy monster difficult to hit it, it has decent armour and great HP make him survive last longer, so i put this card behind to help defend backline from enemy sneak monster.

Sixth Position (Attacker and tanker)
Mycelic Slipspawn In this battle this monster taunt skill doesn't function optimally, doesn't work on all monsters, only the Grum Flameblade attacks it, all enemy monster behind Grum Flameblade randomly attack our monster. I put it behind in the hope that all the monsters will attack it and if there is a monster with a blast skill will only hits 2 monsters.

Battle Review

Round 1:

Battle begin with buff and debuff, no monster died in this round, all our enemy monster attacked magnor which have taunt skill, many attack miss from our monster, because Conqueror jacek high speed combined with speed from supply runner and Countess Sinash make enemy hard to hit, in our side only depend on blind skill from Chaos Dragon.
Chaos Dragon only idle in this round because attacked by Djinn Inferni which inflicted stun effect and lost 10 HP because Djinn Inferni Giant skill.

Round 2:

• Desert Dragon show his strengh by kill supply runner and then activated trample skill and attack Countess Sinash
• Magnor and Suplly Runner died in this round

Round 3:

• Legionnaire Alvar died
• Fire elemental Enemy died

i this round u can see trample by Grund after Grund kill Fire elemental he attack Countess Sinash

Round 4:

In this round no monsters die, Grum Flameblade attacked Grund but miss

Round 5:

• Carnage Titan died attacked by Djinn Inferni
• Grund once again show his power activated trample and kill 3 enemy monster at once Grum Flameblade, Djinn Inferni and Countess Sinash

The battle end with victory on our side

Question of the Day

• Did your strategy work?
  My strategy not working perfectly because enemy monster using scattered shoot, the enemy monster range and magic randomly attacking my monster, Mycelic slipspawn taunt only make Grum Flameblade attack it, But i still win, i think the enemy make mistake by using scattered shoot in equalizer ruleset. All Monster have equal HP by randomly shoot everywhere can't focus fire. while on our side all Meele monsters attack 1 monster that is at the back so they die quickly. They brought many range monster, fortunately i'm using Quick summoner which reduce range attack monster.
  
  
• What will you try differently next time?
  I want to change position Legionnaire Alvar with Desert Dragon, and put Legionnaire Alvar behind Desert dragon. Desert Dragon has skill retaliate when enemy meele attack him, it will hit back.

And to try either of this 2 card to replace mycelic Slipspawn, have bigger damage output and HP. Agor Longtail can heal himself.

• Do you like GRUND? Why or why not?
  Yes, I really like it in battles with high mana, because Grund has great damage, especially when there are monsters with taunt skills, or certain ruleset like opportunity or sneak or meele can attack from everywhere, cause i can protect Grund from receiving many attack. Downside of this card is the mana cost, not suitable for low mana battle. Grund has no shield, speed is decent, no skill for defending from attack, if many monster attacking him at once he died easily.
