Splinterlands Battle Challenge - Is Dax Paragon a glorified Time Mage?

I must admit I love the new dynamics for the Splinterlands Weekly Battle Challenge, with more epics/legendary cards and less ... dragons! Drax Paragon is one of the Epic cards that I don't have in my deck, but this is not an issue ... as he is a glorified Time Mage (IMO)

Dax was a spoiled brat, growing up in a mansion overflowing with the finest of items. He was that type of posh kid with wealthy parents.
