Hello guys, welcome back to Ramadhanight's Hive Blog on Splinterlands Weekly Battle Challenge's Session. For this week Battle Challenge, Splinterlands have picked Magi of Chaos as the theme monster! I loved this monster because he is a neutral monster that can be used on any splinter, have have a pretty good stats as well. Let's see how the battle goes!

The Magi of the Chaosium are the heralds of the Legion itself. For hundreds of years they met and studied in secret, gathering ancient artifacts and scraps of forbidden knowledge, much that was once thought lost. As the convergence grew close they plied the void for its treasures and listened furtively to the voices in the dark to make way for the coming of the Lord of Chaos. Once the way was opened and doom poured from the sky they rose from their hidden places to claim the promise of power from their dark masters.

**General Information About Magi of Chaos **

As you can see at picture above, Magi of Chaos already had 2 magic damage at first level which is pretty high for a starter card. His magic attack rise into 3 at lv 3 (silver league) then could become 4 on maxed level (diamond league above). He got pretty low speed which is just 2 and he stuck on it until the last level. He got no armor but having pretty high health. He already got 5 health at first level then increased into 6 at 6th level and become 7 on 4th level. He got no skill until he reach lv 5 which gave him an oppress ability to give double damage to monster that have no attack.

Before we discuss about the formation, here is the rules for this match
Fog of War : Sneak and Snipe are not active
44 Mana Cap : Medium high mana cap that suit the magi of chaos !
Splinter available : Water, earth, and dragon only

I'm glad that my strategy worked well. My teams got enjoyable match with just the last monster are removed from the battle field. The magic attack spam are hitting through enemies health ignoring the armor that were given by the kelya.

What i like about Magi of Chaos:

What i like about this monster is his flexibility because he was born with neutral element. His stats is also pretty good for medium mana cap because having pretty high magic damage and health.

What i don't like about Magi of Chaos :

I think this monster is only suitable for medium mana cap, because you will waste your mana on low mana cap for this monster, and you can get monster with better stats and skill with higher mana cost.

When to Use Magi of Chaos:

I suggest you to use this summoner when you want to spam magic damage, because he is suitable for that. I also recommend you to use this monster on medium mana cap. And of course he is very suitable for no melee ruleset.

When to Avoid Magi of Chaos :

I don't recommend you to use this monster on low mana cap and very high mana cap due to the fact that i have mentioned above. Get better monster for those condition!

Magi of Chaos having high flexibility because he is a neutral monster. He got pretty good stats since first level with 2 magic damage and 5 health, but the ability is only appear when he reach lv 5. He is suitable for spamming magic damage on medium mana cap ruleset, but not suitable on low mana cap or very high mana cap ruleset due to skill limitation.
