Splinterlands, Max Upgrade....

Time is running out! The pump in crypto market has been astounding! Bringing hopes in investors/hodlers! A sight to enjoy! Keeping that in mind, we might see a bullish pattern following the market in the coming weeks. Which will create an impact in BTC and altcoins. As we probably have noticed, the market impact is already being seen in BTC and alts! Are you getting prepared?


Since we are talking about HIVE blockchain, lets not forget the event which is currently running in Splinterlands. The Rebellion presale is running and seems like it has slowed down a little bit. But as we are aware what the future awaits, it is difficult to not be a part of it. As pro active measures I have taken a step forward and decided to max my chaos legion set. As we are aware of the fact, Untamed cards will be knocked out of the modern format, which would give some additional benefits for the chaos legion set. In addition, the rebellion cards hitting the market will also play a vital role in the gameplay of this play to earn game.


It took me some time to make this decision. As we probably know, how easy it is to get into the game but its that much difficult to get out of the game. In other words, it is going to be a long term investment. I will have to be dedicated in future updates and I will definitely say this, this investment is just the beginning! I want it or not, I would have to keep on investing, if I want to get something out of here! Cheers to that road.

Strategy :

My initial strategy was to upgrade all my decks. But getting some suggestion from some veterans, I decided to upgrade those decks that I use often in the game. As this step will help me along the way, while playing the game. As only than, I would be able to understand which monsters are needed for my deck in order to move up the leaderboard. Upon doing some research, I decided to upgrade Water splinter at first, earth later, following fire splinter and at last the death Splinter. Yes, I decided to skip life deck for the time being.

I used Monstermarket tool to come up with this approach. Upon calculating, it was difficult for me to accumulate the fund but I was in luck as I already had few cards at max level. Which reduced my cost and helped me to get what I wanted. Up until this stage, it was easy. In this phase I had to keep track on different aspects

• Which cards I already have in my possession
• How many BCX I have atm
• Calculate if buying max card is cheaper or just buying them separately would save me money
• This particular card, will I use it?

Too much to think about!

At last, after going through all the phases, I was able to sum up and go with the buy option!

Since, I was using monstermarket for this purchase, I got some cashback in my account. Well, its better to get something than nothing. I used this cashback to get some additional cards for my deck. Win win situation for us all.

As of now this is how my dashboard is looking. I must say, it does feels great. Although, I am still getting used to the cards. Since I am in lower leagues, I am not being able to utilize my cards to the fullest. Which is why I have been playing tournaments and trying to hone the abilities of the cards. It will probably take some time but it will be worth it in the long run.

As of now, the next target is to collect the neutral monsters and dive into dragon units. I must be honest here, as there are tons of things that I want to purchase but there are too little time and too little money lol. But either way, HIVE has been a blessing! Its time to build for the future and await the for the bull run!
