I think there were some changes to the chest rewards recently. For Bronze 3, the chance of getting cards in a chest has been reduced to 10%. Which also means this will be the 2nd downgrade in rewards for new players within a short span of a month.
Am a Bronze 3 player myself and I have only gotten 1 card from 24 chests (the rest were 11 potions chests and 12 credits chest) since the change, so I could totally understand where @quinz33 is coming from and I am facing the same issue as well.

@relf87 I appreciate the explanation and since its a new change then we will all see together... But I also extend that offer to you, if you don't get enough power when this season ends to get to Bronze 2, then let me know and I'll delegate you enough power to get you there...
