Lets Open Some Packs

Chaos Legion remains the most affordable set to purchase within the Splinterlands main core card collections. They can be found on TribalDex or on the official Splinterlands site being traded between active Splinterland enthusiasts. Luckily I have some sitting in my account. Three total packs -- sitting there ready to be opened. Lets do that now by dropping the packs into the mana well.

All three packs were winners. I must say my pack opening luck has been superb as of late. Sure my openings have been weeks apart but the last 3 or 4 openings have been winners. For this set we managed three rare in our first pack, two rare in our second pack and an Epic in our third pack. All three packs beat the odds (standard pack has at least one rare and four commons). I used 0 potions on these openings. Below you will find featured a screenshot of the MANA well. To open packs one can simply click on their pack of choice and drag/drop into the mana well. Once you do so an animation will popup that is unique to the set your chosen pack is associated with. Meaning Alpha, Beta, Orbs, CHAOS, Ect. all have their own unique animations.

Which at current trade value holds a cost of between 30 and 31 USD cents. Roughly 3 cents cheaper than the lowest asking price on Splinterlands.com. The current most affordable CHAOS packs on Splinterlands.com are also offered by @rentmoney. I listed just 20 for trade on Splinterlands.com. I have just 25 currently listed on TribalDex. As the saying goes: Get them while the getting is good. I am after forgetting how much total CHAOS packs I have. I will have to do an inventory count one of these days. I still see high value in these packs. If Splinterlands ever hits another boom I suspect these prices to look much different. However there is always risk in the land of cryptocurrency. With cryptocurrency its always a push and shove match. Profits can be calculated using the USD sales worth or the paired cryptocurrency token worth. In this case that pair would be the Hive Token. The USD worth of CHAOS has obviously shrunk since its introduction. The Hive Token cost of a CHAOS pack has increased. At the height of CHAOS being introduced the Hive Token stood at $3.48* USD per Hive. The dipping Hive USD value has increased the Hive cost of the Chaos packs even though the Chaos Packs USD worth has also dipped. Depending on when a bag of CHAOS packs was purchased there is currently some nice Hive Profits for those trading CHAOS in today's markets.
