Some great thoughts here!

What I'd love to see is a function to offer a decent price for a 7 or 14 day period, say. Lock people in.

I'm happy for my pessimistic view to be proved wrong.

I see that all time - the rogue card or two available for 100% less than average - I think that's just massive holders who have settled for a 10% easy guaranteed return.

NB I'm not that pessimistic, I just don't think we'll see a return to the crazydays of loast month, I think that was a sweet spot, which only happens at crunch fomo times.

If it does happen again it'll be short-lived.

I think we'll settle down at around a 20% APR on average.

We used to have that option in the old interface. Through the escrow option, which will be lost if either sides terminated contracts before they were finalized. Not sure how many used escrow though. But maybe it's a solution to have longer contracts, otherwise it's a lot of extra work both for owners and for renters, APR aside.

Maybe it just seemed more than it was. :)

I agree, that was a unique alignment of elements that will likely not happen again.

I can live with that. :)
