Guys, I've been under the weather, so forgive me for not writing to you more, and this message will be short as well, so please don't be upset, but I HAVE TO SHARE WITH YOU ALL!

The stuff coming to Splinterlands is SO EXCITING! That furious chicken better WATCH ON OUT! YESSS!!!
But the news I LOVE was..... THE LANNNDD!!! THE LAND IS GOING TO BE AMAZING! They are adding some animated features and effects that are MIND-BLOWING!
And if you're watching the market like any good crypto boy or girl is doing right now you're seeing that HIVE IS EXPLODING GUYS, and because of that, because of you all teaching me how to play Splinterlands, and because of you all helping me on my blog.... (drumroll please...)
I just put in a bid for a PLOT OF LAND! YIPPEEE!! You all have NO idea how happy I am right now! Is anyone ACTUALLY going to buy it? Well, it's not the lowest price, bottom of the buy list, but it's not at the top either hahaha.... but that's okay. I'm just SO PROUD of myself that I can actually TRY to get this plot that I seriously have tears in my eyes while I write this. For many of you, this type of transaction is just another market moment with another possible deal... but to me, land is precious... land means SO MUCH right now! :)
So, I just had to share my excitement, and I'm really happy that I'm learning how the market works, that I'm starting to understand HIVE more and all these ways that I can make money through Splinterlands, and I just cannot thank you all enough. You folks are literally changing my life, and I truly, truly appreciate you all! :)

Very exciting time on the blockchain and feuled by Splinter. So many fortunate players who stuck it out. I was on day 1 with my starter packs but had never played a game like it and didn't understand it. Not much guidance on day 1 and I gave up. But a came back a few times but still could understand the cards or battlings. So I was disappointed because I felt to dumb to play.
I would have 100% done my daily quest without fail. I'm addicted to hive and that would have been my thing. So I know those quests I never understood or did would be my laughing out loud moment because now that I do play, I kick myself for being dumb and not figuring out it.
I'm still left with my alpha cards worth about $2,000 so Im not distraugt Im just holding the scratch off ticket when I should be holding the power ball ticket. lol.
I may take a swing at land. I figure I have about a week to take the plunge
Honestly, I also feel the same. This game can be a bit complicated when it comes to the playing of what monster is better and where. I'm a fairly educated individual; however, the game can certainly stump me at moments! So you're definitely not too dumb to play, but there are just times when it doesn't matter what you've got card wise, you're gonna lose so I try to have that attitude and not get too down when I keep losing rounds.
I'm so glad you wrote here though because I felt like maybe I was a bit too dumb for this, and so it's nice to know someone else out there kind of feels that way at times. I figure if I can hang in there well enough to keep my knowledge increasing, then maybe I'll eventually get this thing.. HAHAHA!

That is exciting! I caught the 1st half of the AMA while working from home today. A lot of exciting stuff coming!
I've been under the weather for about a week myself and having the energy to log in to play was not there. Plus, working with a new NFT/BLockgain gaming company that just took me in as part of the team, I'll be gonna have to find time to squeeze in to at least get to re-renting and doing my dailies at least!
I hope you get that land!
OMGOSH, Thaddeous,the NFT/Blockgain gaming company! LIKE THAT IS AMAZING!! I'm so happy for you!!! I'm just sorry you have to be under the weather while you're working with them. It's always SUCH a struggle to be your best self when your health isn't at 100! I'll say a little prayer for you to heal quickly and that you'll have GREAT success with the team! That's just such great news!! What will you do exactly if you don't mind me asking?
I didn't get the land sadly, but I'll keep it in the queue and we'll see.. hahaha.... It would be SOOO awesome! ;) I'll just keep trying to build up more HIVE so I can offer some more.
