Hello! first of all, thank you very much! I am very glad that you liked the celestial harpy, second thing I always think that I won't have time to upload the weekly contest but I managed to finish the Goblin Chef. On this occasion I tried a more striking style in terms of the choice of colors of the shadows, so it would give it a contrast and a look more attractive to the eye since I only focused on making the character and his extravagance, I think that I managed to capture his personality hahaha. I really liked the final result and I hope you do too :D.

En esta ocasión intente un estilo mas llamativo en cuanto a la elección de colores de las sombras, de manera que le diera un mayor contraste y se viese mas atractivo a la vista ya que solo me enfoque en realizar al personaje y su extravagancia, creo que logre capturar su personalidad hahaha. I was impressed by how natural the sketch came out to me since I usually do between 5 or 6 before reaching the one I am going to outline, but I liked this one the first time, especially the expression of the Goblin, which was the first thing I did.

Me impresiono lo natural que me salio el boceto ya que normalmente suelo hacer entre 5 o 6 bocetos antes de llegar al que voy a delinear, pero este a la primera me gusto, sobre todo la expresión del Goblin que fue lo primero que hice y luego de allí me guie para hacer el resto del cuerpo.

Regarding the use of color, warm ones predominate in earth tones, therefore, in order to highlight the Chef, I choose to use blue in the shadow, being a cold tone, also implement purple as the blood of the fish, being the counterpart of yellow, that way the view focuses on the action of the character and makes it much more interesting.

En cuanto al uso del color predominan los cálidos en tonos tierra, por ello para lograr resaltar al Chef opte por usar en la sombra el azul siendo un tono frio, a su vez implemente el purpura como la sangre del pez siendo la contraparte del amarillo, de esa manera la vista se enfoca en la acción del personaje y lo hace mucho mas interesante.
