Still Keeping Up With The Beast

So, another season has passed and we are now in Modern Format Ranked Season 93. There are a lot of new things and changes this season, such as a new seasonal event for Easter, the start of crafting for the new land cards and the revamp for Survival mode rewards. I think all of this changes were great except maybe for the new ruleset they included, which I really hate since it ignores all types of strategy in a strategy based card game. Will talk about that on a separate post.
For now, I just want to share the results of my grind last season, and the current progress of my reward cards.
Modern Format Season 92 Splinterlands Report
For the fifth consecutive time, I once again made it on the Champion leaderboard, which is already shocking by itself, given how many cards my deck is lacking in terms of the meta cards against all the powerful decks in the Champion league, especially those that were played by scholars. At this point, I do not even know why no one is asking me to be a scholar. Maybe because I was rarely active on Discord, but to be fair, I don't even know if I could handle one right now since I have more important commitments that could use any spare time that I have. By placing on the leaderboard, I gain an additional 100k glint, which is the same as last season, although my rank has dropped from 67 to 74.

For modern ranked season 92, I played more than 400 battles per season, and compared to the season prior, my win rate has dropped to a flat 50%. Still, this is enough to keep me in the Champion II spot without any issues. Unlike the prior season, Survival mode last season was too difficult, so I didn't even reach 30 battles before I tapped out of the mode, so my Survival earnings were pretty low.

Looking at my previous report, the total SPS that I won last season was on the higher end than the SPS I get on the season prior to it, but by only 72.727 SPS, and this is because a higher rating comes with higher rewards. As I said, there were also the rewards from Survival, and I got a complete brawl participation this season
And with that, I have earned a total of 4,991.631 SPS or about 24.11 $ combined at its current price.

And with me participating in all the brawls, I earned a total of 9,000 merits this season. My fortune entries this season were higher, but as usual, I once again did not win any premium cards. And there were only 31 draws remaining, so I am starting to lose hope of winning any prize.

When it comes to my Glint earnings, I have almost reached 600k Glint last season, so I have lots of Glint to spend in chests this season, though I still need to deplete my Energy to buy chests.

As for my rental cost, my total expenses this season were 32,731.821.85 DEC or about $ 19.2$. It was a lot lower compared to the last season. And if we deduct it from my SPS earnings, I will be left with around $ 4.91 in earnings.
CA Reward and Extra set Progress
Once again, using the site splinterhub.com, we now have an easier way to monitor the progress of our CA reward cards, though this does not include the Extra set, so that will be manually monitored. And for this season, I finally completed 63% of my common cards from the previous 59%, with all of my common cards at level 8, and some at level 7. My rare collection on the other hand, has just reach 50% completion, and my epic collection slightly increased to 21%, and now has all the epic cards, as well as my Legendary collection at 5% completion. I still had 500k glint that I can spent to the Glint shop, so I was expecting that I could level up some of my cards, but that is after I finished using at least half of my Energy.
As for my Extra collection, there was really not much change in that area, with how difficult to get all these cards in the chest, but I was hoping for some good luck next season.
Closing
And that was it for this season's recap. Despite all the beast opponents that I continue to face in modern, I still managed to properly compete in the highest league. With all the new stuff added this season, I still have lots of things to write, and I was hoping to write consistently this week.
Oh! Before I forgot, it's the first day of the month, meaning it's another #hpud for me. This time, I will just power up 10 Hive, and will just have a bigger power-up next season.
