First time I rent out a card. Let's see if I will try to rent out more cards in the future, but as I only have lower level cards, this will be difficult.

The current system of SPS distribution is so protective to higher ranked players that it is impossible to even get enough SPS to stake in order to take part in low league tournaments.
For a player who is in Splinterlands for only a few months, it is getting almost impossible to get the power to reach the next league. And if you rent it is almost sure a loss that you can't make up with enough wins.
