Greetings dear readers, we continue to create content despite the limitations, for this opportunity I want to share an illustration inspired by the splinterlands letter Iidri Fyre.
As usual in my drawings I wanted to make some hidden reference which I will tell you at the end of the post.
I must mention that this work took me some time, because I'm a bit busy with other things and projects... even so I finished it just in time with a result that I really liked. I hope you like it, let's get started!

Saludos apreciados lectores, seguimos creando contenido pese a las limitaciones, para esta oportunidad quiero compartir una ilustración inspirada en la carta de splinterlands Iidri Fyre.
Como es de costumbre en mis dibujos quise hacer alguna referencia oculta la cual les diré al final del post.
Debo mencionar que este trabajo me llevo algo de tiempo, pues estoy algo ocupado en otras cosas y proyectos... aun asi lo termine justo a tiempo con un resultado que me gusto muchísimo. Espero sea de su agrado. ¡empecemos!

Creative process

The process was a bit long, I will try to summarize and show the highlights to give you an idea of how it all went.
As usual we started the drawing with the sketch, I had a basic idea of how to do it.

El proceso fue algo largo, trataré de resumir y mostrar los puntos más resaltantes para darles una idea de como fue todo.
Como es de costumbre iniciamos el dibujo con el boceto tenía una idea basica de lo que buscaba aun asi el boceto lo cambie varias veces hasta dar con esta forma.

From this form we begin to shape our character.

A partir de esta forma empezamos a dar forma a nuestro personaje

There are parts like the face in which I need to make a clearer sketch before continuing with the lineart, normally I don't do it with the anime style, but we are trying to make a drawing style similar to the reference chart.

Hay partes como el rostro en el cual necesito hacer un boceto más claro antes de continuar con el lineart, normalmente no lo hago con el estilo anime, pero estamos tratando de hacer un estilo de dibujo parecido al de la carta de referencia.

We continue creating the lineart, giving details to the body, armor, hair, etc... it is a somewhat tedious work also I must mention that I am not very good at drawing armor but I am happy with the result I am achieving.

Continuamos creando el lineart, dando detalles al cuerpo, armadura, cabello, etc... es un trabajo algo tedioso tambien debo mencionar que no soy muy bueno dibujando armaduras pero estoy conforme con el resultado que estoy logrando

A little trick to create the roots would be to draw on the sketch thick lines with fine point, and on it we detail only the parts we need in the lineart

Un pequeño truco para crear las raíces sería dibujar en el boceto líneas gruesas con punta fina, y sobre él detallamos solo las partes que necesitamos en el lineart

After a long time I finished the lineart...it really took me more time than I thought between the details and not being able to dedicate 100% of my time because of other obligations here at home, despite all that I could finish and get this result I also added the idea for the background, I already told you that it has a hidden reference...

Después de un buen tiempo termine el lineart...realmente me llevo mas tiempo del pensado entre los detalles y el no poder dedicarme al 100% por otras obligaciones aqui en cas, pese a todo eso pude terminar y conseguir este resultado tambien agregue la idea para el fondo, ya les comente que tiene una referencia oculta...

Color

We apply the base colors, this stage does not have much mystery, I just have to choose correctly each color that I will use, in the same way in the skin I change the tone a couple of times until I get the tone that can be seen in the final drawing.

Aplicamos los colores base, esta etapa no tiene mucho misterio, solo debo elegir de forma correcta cada color que usare, de igual forma en la piel lo cambie de tono un par de veces hasta conseguir el tono que se aprecia en el dibujo final

I know that the effort doesn't matter, only the result, but I really feel that it took me a lot of work to finish it, each layer with its different color has its detail in shadows and lights, as well as they must have a color that harmonizes with the rest of the drawing.

Sé que no importa el esfuerzo, solo el resultado, pero de verdad siento que me llevo mucho trabajo terminarlo, cada capa con su color diferente lleva su detalle en sombras y luces, así como también deben tener un color que harmonice con el resto del dibujo

The skin is the only color layer that has soft shadows, i.e. first we apply the color of the shadow, then we blend it with the blending tool

La piel es la única capa de colores que tiene sombras suaves, es decir, primero aplicamos el color de la sombra, luego difuminamos con la herramienta difuminar

The rest of the body has a somewhat different form of shading, more solid shadows to give the effect of texture and lights applied in a different way.
I invite you to detail calmly each part of the drawing has many details that are not appreciated with the naked eye.

El resto del cuerpo tiene una forma de sombreado algo diferente, sombras mas sólidas para dar el efecto de textura y luces aplicadas de forma diferente.
te invito a detallar con calma cada parte del dibujo tiene muchos detalles que no se aprecian a simple vista

On the hair we apply different shades and in a separate layer we apply highlights with the luminosity effect.

En el cabello aplicamos diferentes tonos y en una capa aparte luces con el efecto luminosidad

These small leaves are all over the body, it is worth paying special attention to them.

Estas pequeñas hojas están por todo el cuerpo, vale la pena dedicarles atención especial

For the armor gems we applied lights and also a separate layer with the glow effect, you can see that each gem has a unique glow which interacts with its environment.

Para las gemas de la armadura aplicamos luces y también una capa aparte con el efecto luminosidad, pueden apreciar que cada gema tiene un brillo único el cual interactúa con su entorno

It was time for the background of the drawing, for that we used warm colors between yellow, orange and red, for the rocks on the lava, very dark tones to give contrast.

Llego el momento del fondo del dibujo, para eso usamos colores cálidos entre amarillo, naranja y rojo, para las rocas sobre la lava, tonos muy oscuros para dar contraste.

This is what it looks like when you finish blurring, giving details and above all logic to the direction of the light.

Así luce al terminar de difuminar, dar detalles y sobre todo lógica a la dirección de la luz.

To finish we must apply lights, otherwise the character would be alien to its environment, we take into account the light sources in the background and apply the glows in a different layer with the luminosity effect, and varying shades between yellow orange and even white.

Para terminar debemos aplicar luces, de lo contrario el personaje sería ajeno a su entorno, tenemos en cuenta las fuentes de luces en el fondo y aplicamos los brillos en una capa diferente con el efecto luminosidad, y tonos variantes entre amarillo, naranja e incluso blanco.
