Greetings, my dear readers and summoners of splinterlands, here is my entry to the week 181 contest. this time I want to try something very different from my usual style, without lineart, it has details and references to other of my drawings, especially the week contest 180 if you detail it you can see what I'm talking about, without further ado let's start!

Saludos, mis queridos lectores e invocadores de splinterlands, aquí mi entrada al concurso semana 181. en esta oportunidad quiero intentar algo muy diferente a mi estilo habitual, sin lineart, tiene detalles y referencias a otros de mis dibujos, en especial al del concurso semana 180 si lo detallas podrás ver de lo que hablo, sin más que agregar comencemos!

I start with the rule of thirds, emphasizing these points

Empiezo con la regla de tercios, haciendo énfasis en estos puntos

In the first sketch the boat was not as big as I wanted, so I modified it until it was close to point 4 where I plan to put the lamp

En el primer boceto el barco no era tan grande como quería, así que lo modifique hasta que quedar cerca del punto 4 donde pienso poner la lampara

In this way the lamp remains at point 4

De esta forma la lámpara queda en el punto 4

At point 2 of the grid you can see the castle and the moon, it is the same castle of the previous drawing seen from another angle

En el punto 2 de la cuadrícula se puede apreciar el castillo y la luna, es el mismo castillo del dibujo anterior visto desde otro ángulo

Color

This time I will not use a Lineart so I continue to apply the colors in the same layer

En esta oportunidad no usaré un Lineart asi que sigo con aplicar los colores en una misma capa

I am applying the furthest details, first, I have to mention that with this drawing I am experiencing everything is new to me and I am out of my comfort zone

Voy aplicando los detalles más lejanos, primero, tengo que mencionar que con este dibujo estoy experimentando todo es nuevo para mi y estoy fuera de mi área de confort

For the castle I used another layer before blending with the base layer, that helps me to brighten the edges and other details

Para el castillo usé otra capa antes de fusionar con la capa base, eso me ayuda a darle brillo en los bordes y otros detalles

Apply and blend, little by little everything melts to give results

Aplicar y difuminar, poco a poco todo se va fundiendo para dar resultados

Adding details like the reflection in the water, I like the result

Sumando detalles como el reflejo en el agua, me gusta el resultado

This is the color palette I'm trying to use...

Esta es la paleta de colores que estoy tratando de usar...

We go with the boat and the lamp, everything is integrated step by step

Vamos con el barco y la lámpara todo se va integrando paso a paso

With the lamp I had a certain dilemma, the original character has a yellow flame, but this is out of the palette I wanted to use...

Con la lámpara tenía cierto dilema, el personaje original tiene una flama de color amarillo, pero esto se sale de la paleta que quería usar...

I continue with the same technique, I apply a base color and then I give the details

Sigo con la misma técnica aplico un color base y luego doy los detalles

It is taking shape and depth with other darker tones, you can see other changes and details in the rest of the drawing that I was adding

Va tomando forma y profundidad con otros tonos más oscuros, se pueden ver otros cambios y detalles en el resto del dibujo que fui agregando

Well, I decided to add one more color to the palette for the lamp, since it is one of the details that caught the most attention, it was a yellow tone and in a layer with the luminosity effect.

Bien, decidí agregar un color más a la paleta para la lámpara, ya que es uno de los detalles que más llamara la atención, fue un tono amarillo y en una capa con el efecto luminosidad.

Finally, here the result, you can see even more details, I really think it was a good decision to add that tone to the lamp

Finalmente, aquí el resultado, se pueden ver aún más detalles, realmente pienso que fue una buena decisión agregar ese tono a la lámpara
