The thing we like, we can't resist. I'm not a big fan of potatoes but different form of it attract me like potato chips, mashed potatoes and so on. Our everyday curries for lunch is incomplete without it. The photo is awesome you’ve shared.

A good potato curry is hard to find here. The last good one I had was 25 years ago, before my grandma died.
Oh sorry to hear about your grandma. I think you or your wife can cook potato curries with different veggies it taste too good!
