CHALLENGE RULES

RULESET: FOG OF WAR

Description: Monsters lose the Sneak and Snipe abilities.

Info: A good tank and a balanced line up of Magic and Ranged monsters is the trick to win in this ruleset. Use monsters with Opportunity. Keep your monsters in an ascending order of their HP.

The Battle

Battle Rulesets	Description	Info
REVERSE SPEED	Monsters with the lowest Speed attack first and have the highest chance of evading attacks.	Try to pick monsters with 1 speed because they have the best chance of evading Melee and Ranged attacks. Beware of monsters with Enrage and Last Stand, these abilities increase speed when activated
HEAVY HITTERS	All Monsters have the Knock Out ability.	Use a monster with Stun ability. There is a 50% chance that your monster with Stun will be able to stun enemy monsters, but if successful, all your monsters will deal double damage to that stunned opponent.
FOG OF WAR	Monsters lose the Sneak and Snipe abilities.	A good tank and a balanced line up of Magic and Ranged monsters is the trick to win in this ruleset. Use monsters with Opportunity. Keep your monsters in an ascending order of their HP.

Lineup

It was a modern bronze gold tournament (one of my favorite), I tried to use slow monsters and most of them I had was from the life splinter.

Card	Strategy
	General Sloan - Most of my slow card were ranged, so I selected Solan because that.
	Imperial Knight - It is a very good monster because 6+8 defensive points against every type of attack and slow enough for this game.
	Blinding Reflector - I put it for the second tank, in case of death of the knight it can survive some more round and keep my ranged monsters usable
	Xenith Archer - I speed and ranged monster for only 2 mana, it was an easy choice.
	Venari Crystalsmith - Modern healer of the Life splinter. Also a good fit for the ruleset. Help to survive my tanks for more rounds.
	Pelacor Arbalest - Damage dealer of the game, very good combination with Sloan. (6 damage/round!)
	Prismologist - Also a good damage dealer cause the blast!

Do you like FOG OF WAR ruleset? Why or why not?

I used to love it when opportunity monsters were not included in this ruleset, that was one of the reasons why I like this kind of monsters, but nowadays I am not a big fun of this rule.
