Ruleset
Close Range	Ranged attacks may be used in the first position in battles.
Lost Magic	Monsters with Magic attack may not be used in battles.

Close Range tips: You can use high HP or high speed Ranged monsters at position 2 (or even at position 1 if it has Heal). Choose summoners that give a bonus to Ranged attack or to speed and then choose high damage Ranged attack monsters. Beware of the possibility that your opponent might pick Lir Deepswimmer as summoner or monsters with Return Fire. High HP and Heal is the way to go in this ruleset.

Lost Magic tips: Don't use Magic Reflect monsters or summoners. Focus on high speed and abilities like Flying, Dodge, Blind. Thorns and Shield are the key in this ruleset.

Strategy

I have just bought General Solan and I think he is the perfect summoner for Portal Spinner. I wait until the Close Range ruleset appears, cause this is the only ruleset where Solan can dominate. War Chaang is the perfect main tank in this ruleset with Solan. Cornelius is an ideal second tank. Pelacor Arbalest ha high damage. Portal Spinner was the weekly monster. Crystalsmith helps the tanks and can deal some damage and the Sheriff is a good backline monster.
