# Getting ready for the upcoming Modern Format - Splinter Stats Season 67 Report Card

Well, this has again been an exciting season. I managed to finish in the Champions League once more. And I used this season to prepare for the upcoming modern format - growing my portfolio with a number of crucial Untamed cards.

Interestingly, my season high was identical with last the one of last season: 3,869. I ended up at 3,783 - a bit better then last season. I result was again enough to make in into the top 200 in the Champions League. My win/loss ratio (0.81) has not been that great, but honestly.... often there were too many Yodins and Kittys around which I just could not counter effectively. Hope this will change next season ;)

What shall I say... as usual the daily rewards have been just garbage :D however, the season rewards did more than recompense for this: I got 2 CL packs, 2 Epics and 3 Legendaries :)

The report card tells me that I did rent a card and had renting expenses of 94.5 DEC - I really cannot recall that I rented a card :D Unfortunately, I forgot to actively rent my cards for a few days (too busy doing other stuff), so my rental income was only 4,842 DEC. After deducting the fees and the expenses, a net profit of 4,506 DEC remained as passive rental income.

Of yes, Aidrop season it was :) I had added some further liquidity to the DEC pools, mainly because I planned to buy some Untamed cards and wanted to have some tokens ready for when a deal flys in. In the end I received 2,778 SPS from the Airdrop and another 321 SPS from my stakings; making it a total SPS income of nearly 3,100 SPS. In addition, I got 26.395 Vouchers as staking rewards.

As already implied I got my hands on some Untamed (and Rewards) cards. I started with a Tower Griffin and an Albatros followed by a Truthspeaker and a Shieldbearer. While the Griffin adds some great defensive options to my decks, the Albatros is obviously a great low mana healing monster for my Water decks. The Truthspeaker and the Shieldbearer of course brought my Life Deck to a totally different level - Life has always been a blind spot in my decks; now I love playing it as I also bought a Silvershield Sheriff to further add some firepower to my Life forces. For the Death Splinter I got a Cursed Slimeball and Death Elemental. Both are great cards, specifically for low mana fights. Well, and the biggest deal I managed to get through just before the season finale, welcoming a Yodin Zaku to my collection :)

Next season, we will see where my enhanced deck will take me. There are still some cards, would like to add - particularly Lorna is on my list. My target is coming closer to a season end result of more than 4.000. I will of course keep you posted. Until then, stay safe and game on ;)
