Once again practicing other styles and for this first one I decided to make an interpretation of the cover with the character 'Scarred Llama Mage'. I loved the colors to use and I think it is an extremely interesting character, as it reminds me of an old advertisement of "Telefonica called La Llama". I hope you like the process of this participation.

Empecé por esta 'llama' generada y trabajé en los colores. Tomé el color de la carta y comencé a jugar con un mapa de degradado para ayudarme con sus tonalidades. Creé una máscara de capa que me permitiría borrar el color en las zonas donde no obtenía ese tono y comencé con el diseño.

I started with this generated 'flame' and worked on the colors. I took the color from the card and began to play with a gradient map to help with its shades. I created a layer mask that would allow me to erase the color in areas where I didn't get that tone, and I started with the design.

Una vez terminada la eliminación de ciertas zonas, comencé a colocar estas especies de ramas con hojas que rodean su cuello, redimensionadas y deformadas para dar un efecto de curvatura. Por debajo de las mismas, utilicé un pincel con sombreado para lograr hacerles un poco de profundidad.

"Once the elimination of certain areas was finished, I started placing these kinds of branches with leaves around its neck, resized and deformed to give a curvature effect. Below them, I used a shading brush to create some depth.

Para su lomo, realicé esa especie de cobertor/alfombra con la misma tonalidad de colores que posee y con esos hilos con hojas en color amarillo, tratando de asimilarlos lo más posible.

For its back, I created that kind of cover/rug with the same color tones it has, and with those threads with yellow leaves, trying to assimilate them as closely as possible.

Me estaba olvidando de algo muy importante, que eran sus rocas brillantes por encima de su cabeza, que no se veían con facilidad en la carta. Realizadas con resplandores y pinceles, ayudaron a crear una buena gama de color y roca brillante.

I was forgetting about something very important, which were its shiny rocks above its head, not easily visible in the card. Created with glows and brushes, they helped to create a good range of color and shiny rock.

Para el 'bastón', fue un poco complicado buscar una textura similar. Después de varios cambios e intentos, encontré una textura y realicé una casi similar al final. Para el resplandor, fue fácil, solo creé una capa superior con el color tomado y un par de ajustes para obtener ese tono púrpura/rosado. Para el rostro, también solo asimilé el rostro que obtenía, y para finalizar, apliqué una textura de ruido que, junto a las fuentes detrás, lo dejaba muy vistoso.

For the 'staff,' it was a bit challenging to find a similar texture. After several changes and attempts, I found a texture and created one almost similar in the end. For the glow, it was easy; I just created an upper layer with the taken color and a couple of adjustments to get that purple/pink tone. For the face, I simply assimilated the face obtained, and to finish, I applied a noise texture that, along with the sources behind, made it very vibrant.
