I made it on canva. You can download as a gif from there. I usually use the facebookpost template but you can make your own dimensions as you please.
is there any restriction making the dimension I tried to upload but always failed
When uploading you have to stick to the maximum size for upload I do not know how much that is. The only thing I uploaded was the robot and the image of the chaos legion pack.
