KRON THE UNDYING

Good day @splinterlands community! how's your life today? Today I'll gonna show you how to draw a mysterious character (Kron the Undying) which is one of the legendary cards from Splinterlands. This earth card is one of the favorite cards because of its high magic attack (3) and speed (2). But what makes it special? Its untamed edition and the following abilities: heal, divine shield, and the last stand. Now let's start the art creation!

Kron the Undying is the undisputed leader of the Centauri people of Anumün. Hundreds of years ago, he discovered a great secret which allowed him to defy death as generations passed before him. He ocassionally keeps the company of the Spirit of the Forest herself, and he has picked up some impressive skills of magic through his long life. Kron is aware of the truth of Dark Energy

The Process

All Steps in 5 Phases

Phase 1

The initiation of sketch by using thin and thick lines. I started to draw by adjusting the size of the pen and I make sure that there is a control for every stroke. So it looks simple, solid, and clear. Of course, the sketch should be black in color to make it visible and ready for the application of colors to other parts of the drawing. The next step is waiting!

Phase 2

Applying the colors for the character's half part. I started to color the body by selecting the lower range color (pale brown) between orange and and yellow. That way I found the right skintone for the character. Then I color the hair by selecting the lower range color (pale dark brown) between red and orange. Now I color the hand gear with dark brown. The half part is now up!

Phase 3

Applying colors for the rest of the half. Now it's time to color the body of the centauri. With dark brown. Then the lower part is still brown but lowered in opacity. Then the tail should be the same with the head's hair and added some thin lines. The hoofs of the centaurie are colored in black. Looking up to the first wave of colouring is amazing!

Phase 4

Finalizing the character's visuals by adding some designs, shades, brightness, and the wand. The body's color near the lighting wand should be complemented very well. Also, I added shades for the body of the centauri. Then the antlers and wand are added as to the reference of the art. Now the creation looks astounding!

Phase 5

The integration and finalization of background and the main character. I just add the background by creating a green layer of the ground. That makes sense as earth like structure. Then I've ensure that there's a watery part to atleast consider the water significance. Atmosphere should be colored in black because centaurie is likely to show up in the evening. Lastly the moon, the stars, the lights strikes, and the magical effects for the background are included to manifest a beautiful art creation!
