Hey there #splinterlands fans, @star-shroud back again with the latest brawl result from the top tier @shield-of-glory guild 🛡️ This edition of the BRAWLS OF STEEL report will cover all the latest on our guild's most recent brawl battle ⚔️

Still nothing on the brawl system reboot, so we stayed TIER 2 again this cycle 👑🏅 Despite that, we had our hands full with some impressive up-and-coming brawlers including ⚔️Earnest Samurai JPN⚔️ who took first place. Congrats to them on a great brawl!

This was our guild's second non-1st place finish in a row. Despite some less than stellar performances, we still ended up with 47 crowns 👑 and 2938 merits 🏅 As always, we are most interested in the crowns 👑👑👑👑👑! This is not just because merits 🏅 are now being given away in reward chests 🤯 but mostly because we still need a level 8 store to buy power stones! It's looking like we'll be able to upgrade to level 7 after the next brawl, but level 8 is going to take a while.

SoG's TOP 5 (CYCLE #96)

Our TOP 5 performances this brawl cycle came from @anasazi (7-1), @xSuiLx ✨(6-1), @vugtis (5-1), @misterrogers (5-2), and @champion-slayer (5-2). In a particularly epic 28 mana, unprotected/broken arrows match, @xsuilx and his gold foil quora faced off with @gregyc and a gold foil bertrol 💪 In the end, quora killed bertrol in a literal one-on-one duel at the end ⚔️ xsuilx's win (and his beautiful gold foil quora) can be viewed here. Both players chose obsidian as their summoner. Fire 🔥, water 💧, earth 🌳 and dragon 🐲 were the available splinters.

In another classic bloodlust-fueled feud, @ducecrypto and his gold foil vorst ripped through the enemy backline with vorst's opportunity + bloodlust, decimating the enemy team. This 24 mana, close-range/stampede battle inspired the theme for the title art (go back up and look!) 👀 duce's win can be viewed here 💪 Fire 🔥, water 💧, life ❤️, and death ☠️ were the available splinters.

SoG's TOP 3 (LAST 35x BRAWLS)

When it comes to overall winrate, @vugtis 🐳 increased his hold on the #1 spot for our guild, with a winrate now at 76.27% across the last 35 brawls 🥇 However, @zagorlord 🐳 is still only a few percentage points away at #2 with a winrate of 72.39% 🥈 and @azircon 🐳 remains close at #3 with a winrate of 69.42% 🥉

The end of season report has been completely revamped, and will now be a collaboration between SHIELD OF GLORY and other top splinterlands guild CARDS OF FURY 🤝 It should include a substantial amount of new data on brawl results mined from the depths of the hive blockchain by CARDS OF FURY guild-leader @moros 🧠 Our hope is to provide a consistent and concise way to digest brawl results from all the top guilds and players each season!
