RE: A time based analysis of token rewards for Posting Content versus Tweaking Splinterlands Rentals....

Your earnings are not very typical. Some are happy to get $5 on a post, so what is their time worth? I know you have invested a lot to build up your Splinterlands deck and that is paying off. Mine is not doing too badly now. There must be a few people who can live just off the game, but can that be sustained over longer periods?

I have seen others say that the games are more lucrative than blogging, but that can be a selfish activity, unlike curating that rewards others. I think that aspect is part of what sets Hive apart from other crypto.

I have never tried to justify the time I spend here in terms of money as it would be a pitiful rate for most of the time, but it has been a lot of fun and that matters. I am not taking anything out for now anyway. Not everything can be charted on a spreadsheet :)

Yes I wonder why I'm sometimes a T20 author in terms of rewards, it's mainly being down to being well networked I think.

Mind you I don't blog just for the money at all, I enjoy just putting stuff out there, and am really happy to be here TBH!

I enjoy blogging much more than gaming, so that's what I'll keep doing, but of course there is a fusion between the two here on Hive, it's a beautiful thing!

I dunno, I think you can TRY to chart everything on a spreadsheet, everyone loves a spreadsheet!

You are probably in the top 5% of rewards at least. I will rank a little lower and I do okay. Connecting with people pays off.
