Splinterlands is a blockchain-based game and runs on HIVE blockchain. It is a collectible card game, where each card is an NFT. Cards can be obtained by playing the game. In addition, cards can be bought, sold, rented, or delegated.

Daily Missions
In order to earn rewards each day, daily quests can be performed; when these quests are completed, we can go and collect our rewards. The rewards are locked in chests that we will go to open one by one.

Progress in the Brawl
Splinterlands is an individual game that can also become a group game. In fact, one can create Guilds, which are associations of players who compete against other player associations.
BRAWLs are competitions with particular rules that are identified during the FARY assignment.
The guild I am a member of is called EDSF and currently in the overall ranking of the strongest guilds we are in 390th place.
On September 09, 2022, another BRAWL was concluded. The guild of which I am a member placed sixth.
In the last BRAWL held we had obtained 19 crowns and each of the members had won 831 merits. This time we placed eighth instead of sixth, but we won 22 crowns and 962 merits despite a worse placing the rewards were higher.

Purchasing a card.
Today I purchased a card of the fire element. My goal is to strengthen the fire element card deck. I do this because the least efficient deck of cards I own is definitely the fire element deck. When I have to fight with fire element cards, I am often the underdog.

Card Level Increase
With Splinterlands having duplicate cards is not a problem because you can collect, sell or make a card stronger. To increase my chances of winning during challenges, I occasionally upgrade a card by taking it to a higher level. Today I tried to level up one of the Dragon element cards.
Here are the details of the level 1 card on which I upgraded::
DJINN CHWALA
Card type: Epic
Element card: Dragon
Mana Cost: 8
Attack type: melee attack
I owned this card at level 2 and by merging 17 other level 1 cards I upgraded it to a level 4

Today the purchase value of this card at level 1 is $0.12 (or 124 DEC, the card at level 4 has an est. value of $2.28
This level increase from 2 to 3 raises the value of speed from 3 to 4.
This card at level 4 has the following characteristics:
Attack: 3
Speed: 2
Armor: 6
Health: 10
Skill:
THORNS (When this card is hit by a melee attack, the card will return the damage to the attacker)

Conclusions
In my opinion Splinterlands is one of the most efficient blockchain-based games. In Splinterlands you can fully savor the new game mode that blockchain has been able to create, namely Play To Earn. Look out for October 8 and 9, an event dedicated only to Splinterlands, namely Splinterfest, will be held in Las Vegas.

Missioni giornaliere
Per guadagnare delle ricompense ogni giorno, si possono eseguire delle missione giornaliere, al termine di queste missioni, possiamo andare a ritirare le nostre ricompense. Le ricompense sono chiuse in dei forzieri che andremo ad aprire uno per uno.

Progressi nella Brawl
Splinterlands è un gioco individuale che può diventare anche un gioco di gruppo. Infatti si possono creare delle Gilde, ovvero associazioni di giocatori che competono contro altre associazioni di giocatori.
Le BRAWL sono competizioni con delle regole particolari che vengono identificate durante l’assegnazione delle FARY.
La gilda di cui faccio parte si chiama EDSF e attualmente nella classifica generale delle gilde più forti siamo al 390esimo posto.
Il 09 settembre 2022 si è conclusa un’altra BRAWL. La gilda di cui faccio parte si è piazzata al sesto posto.
Nell’ultima BRAWL disputata avevamo ottenuto 19 corone e ad ognuno dei membri aveva vinto 831 merits. Questa volta ci siamo classificati ottavi anziché sesti, ma abbiamo vinto 22 corone e 962 merits nonostante un piazzamento peggiore le ricompense sono state più alte.

Acquisto di una carta
Oggi ho acquistato una carta dell'elemento fuoco. Il mio obiettivo è quello di rafforzare il mazzo di carte dell’elemento fuoco. Questo lo faccio perché il mazzo di carte meno efficiente che possiedo è sicuramente quello dell’elemento fuoco. Quando devo combattere con le carte dell’elemento fuoco sono spesso sfavorito.
Oggi ho acquistato:

Aumento di livello delle carte
Con Splinterlands avere delle carte doppie non è un problema, perché si possono collezionare, vendere oppure rendere una carta più forte. Per aumentare le mie possibilità di vittoria durante le sfide, ogni tanto, faccio l’upgrade di una carta portandola ad un livello superiore. Oggi ho cercato di aumentare di livello una delle carte dell’elemento Drago.

Conclusioni
Secondo me Splinterlands è uno dei giochi basati su blockchain più efficienti. In Splinterlands si può assaporare interamente la nuova modalità di gioco che ha saputo creare la blockchain, ovvero il Play To Earn. Attenzione al 8 e 9 Ottobre, a Las Vegas si terrà un evento dedicato solo a Splinterlands, ovvero lo Splinterfest.
