#32 Spirit of the Forest - Splinterlands Art Contest (ENG/ DE)

Hello and Hi dear community,

I hope you are all well doing so far.
I had discovered the pretty "Spirit of the Forest" while looking through the Splinterlands characters.

She looks a bit like the "Wood Nymph", but still very individual from the details.

I accepted the challenge to put my skills to the test once again... I don't really like to draw hairstyles or hair at all... But with a lot of patience and some bad words coming out of my mouth 😅 from time to time, I finished my interpretation of the Spirit of the Forest after a few days and a total of about 10 hours.

I tried to adapt the style to my Wood Nymph interpretation, but to work out the characteristics of the Spirit of the Forest. Like the black chin pattern, the leaves in the hair and the red-green color choice. My personal challenge was, to draw the hair with much more volume than I did by my wood nymph.

Ich hoffe es geht euch allen gut.
Ich hatte beim durchstöbern der Splinterlands Charaktere die hübsche "Spirit of the Forest" entdeckt.

Sie sieht der "Wood Nymph" schon ein wenig ähnlich, doch immernoch sehr individuell von den Feinheiten.

Ich nahm die Herausforderung an, um meine Fähigkeiten erneut auf die Probe zu stellen... Ich mag es ja nicht so sehr Frisuren oder Haare zu zeichnen... Doch mit viel Geduld und ab und an etwas rumgefluche hatte ich nach einigen Tagen und insgesamt ca. 10 Std. meine Interpretation des Spirit of the Forest fertig.

Ich versuchte den Stil an meine Wood Nymph Interpretation anzupassen, doch die Merkmale des Spirit of the Forest auszuarbeiten. Wie das schwarze Kinn Muster, die Blätter und die rot-grüne Farbwahl. Meine persönliche Challenge war es, dass Haar noch voluminöser zu zeichnen als bei meiner wood nymph.

To translate 1-1 my german native I used deepl.com. After I edited and corrected some parts because deepl.com couldn't translate all slang words perfectly. Just wanted to make this clear too.
