Good Day Hive and Splinter friend, before we end this weeks Battle Challenge the battle gods were generous enough to give me another win for the Aim True ruleset.

Battle Conditions

Aside from the features ruleset Aim true , this rules are also available.

Given this rule all magic monsters are now out of the game giving me less things to counter in picking my line up, monsters with shield is a very good pick for this kind of rules. Damage of melee and range are reduced with the shield ability, so its a no question that I'll pick something with the ability.

Adding this on top of Lost Magic is a big indicator that melee monsters is a go to pick for everybody. There are a lot of good melee monsters. But given that only 29 mana is available using a high mana monsters with protect or shield is not the best idea.

Line Up Selection

Because of the Super Sneak rule I preferred to use Tarsa as my summoner. Also because of super sneak I picked Antoid Platoon in the back to soak up all the damage, It is a good pick for me because for just four mana it has shield and Scavenger giving it more sustain. Also having additional melee damage from Tarsa I added Tusk the wide for one more melee damage. And Ferox defender for his utility skills like protect, shatter and repair. For me Ferox is one of the best tank support in the not just in the fire element but in the entire chaos rewards. And for more damage exploding rats is a must for his speed, redemption and blast.

Battle Highlights

As Expected the Antoid Platoon just absorbed those damage from the opponent and Ferox repaired his lost armor from the attackers. And with the high damage from the Rats I was able to penetrate the Taunt Tank just in the first round.

Many deaths occurred that helped replenish the health of my backline tank. Those Utility skills are being used very effective in this battle. It's now the second round and almost all the opponents heavy hitters are eliminated.

At the end of second the exploding elf was able to land a good hit and was able to eliminate my rats, but it cost him his life. That redemption is not letting my rats go without taking someone with him into the graveyard.

At the third round only one opponent remains against my three main picks, they almost finished this battle without even dropping a sweat, hehe . Those Utility Skill equipped monsters sure are very effective. So in the third round we are able to grab the Victory.

For me the best combo that I used in this battle is picking the Platoon and supported by the Ferox Defender. The shield is really very useful and that repair makes the shield ability even stronger. So in your future battles you might wanna get this combination.
