Another thing to factor in : the future of card power. Rewards are a the cheapest source of CP. Players are gated behind some CP requirements, which caused an upwards pressure previously. I myself bought tons of CP. But since they announced they were to lower the requirement for modern, but pressure ain't there anymore. There's also airdrops ending soon. CP is slowly losing its value.

Agreed 100%. Since the beginning of this month i've shifted from acquiring more card assets for CP purposes to adding more SPS which is what i'm bullish on.

I don't think we'll ever see bots "go". In fact, with the new daily and season long rewards focused on playing more daily, I see an increased need for bots. Perhaps (positively) bot farms that are extracting exponential amounts of resources will decrease in numbers. They're a smart team. I think they'll find a solution that dis-incentivizes bot farms while supporting new players coming into SPS. My ultimate fear is that Splinterlands is going the direction where you have to invest a fair amount of $ beyond a $10 spellbook to stat building something. ATM, the current rewards system is discouraging new players dipping their toes. Sharing this on https://twitter.com/PraetoriaDigest.
