Kashmiri Tea Instant Powder
Ingredients.
Cinnamon 2 pieces
Cloves 8 pcs
Green Cardamom 15 pcs
Badian flowers 5 pcs
Kashmiri tea leaves. Half a cup
Sugar (sugar). 1 cup
Dry milk 1 cup
Salt 1 teaspoon
Rose color 1 tsp
Synthesis
Dry roast badian, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, Kashmiri tea leaves in a dry pan.
Then let cool thoroughly.
And made a powder.
Sieve the powder and add dry milk, sugar, salt, color to it and mix well.
Note.
Easy way to mix. Sieve all the ingredients 2 to 3 times.
How to make tea
Add 1 tablespoon of powder to 1 cup of warm milk, mix well and serve garnished with almonds.
