Social Media Challenge: Team PH Delegates SPS to our Community Members

Splinterlands is constantly changing, the game mechanics, various areas to invest capital into and now SPS requirements. One of the fears of our Community is that whilst we all have been busy accumulating assets focusing on Cards and Land specifically, what is to be done now, a larger investment is now required through SPS, and this long duration within a bear market does make people think perhaps we are in over our heads.

The majority of our Community has spent time upgrading their decks to be competitive primarily in Silver and Gold Leagues, we have become more competitive in Tier 3 Brawls and are very game orientated. With this being said, SPS is now the requirement, and our community members are worried as they fear their rewards will be significantly reduced.

Team Philippines has always been a community focused organization, we hold our community up high and try to think of new ways as to eradicate barriers of entry and make our favored home within the Splinterlands Eco System profitable for all parties. Our Leaders, listen to the Community, observe trends and try to act and adapt earlier than required, preparation is the key.

So, what have we done? Our decks that were availability on NFTY have all been taken down and the cards have now been put onto the rental market. The revenue accumulated through this is then reinvested into other initiatives such as our monthly tournaments for the community, our curation account, our land initiative as well as revenue to purchase and stake more SPS.

We also have a good position in the Liquidity Pools especially SPS: SWAPHIVE and SWAPHIVE: DEC which generates liquid SPS which we are staking on a monthly basis.

We also have a good position in Land which generates SPS through daily Airdrops

Every month, @mangomayhem runs a stream which gives our community that are loyal to our Token an opportunity to be delegated SPS from our organization’s holdings. We do this in the form of the “Wheel of Fortune” which is both fun and rewarding. We delegated a total of 32,000 SPS and hope to do a lot more next month. We only ask that each participant purchases 1000 TeamPH tokens from the market and stakes it onto their own account. it’s a free delegation as you will own any tokens purchased. Whilst we could have been selfish and put it on the rental market to earn revenue, we decided that we would come to the aid of our community instead, for us, this is more rewarding and creates a win / win scenario. As well as this our resident Whale and OG @leveluplifeph has been busy accumulating SPS and is now staking it on his personal account. This will be used for the same purpose, where TeamPH tokens being staked onto our community’s own accounts will be the payment for the delegation. He is doing blocks of 5-10k SPS per community member. Here is his requirements:

Hello TeamPH I am offering free SPS staking opportunity for players in the TeamPH community. Your payment will be in the form of staking teamph tokens on your own account. This will be rolled out as a test and if successful I will be doing this long term.
• 1 x Block of 5000 SPS
• Good for 1- month rental
• Can be renewed
• Billed every 7 days (on Friday)

How to participate

• Stake Team PH tokens on your account.
• Gain credit for the weekly Friday billing equal to your staked amount.
• Can renew rental as long as credit remains.
• Once depleted you will need to stake some more.
• Priority given to Team PH community members.
• This is an example at current market value.
• Past staking and staking for other offers will not count for this offer.
• No BOT accounts the delegation is for Filipino human players only
