Team Philippines Updates for December 2023

Hi there Splinterfam, we as the board of TeamPH have decided to provide monthly details regarding our current standing, providing useful information regarding initiatives current and new, pay outs conducted and information regarding the health of the organization. This particular report will be reflecting information regarding November 2023 through to December 2023. We apologize for the delay in releasing out this document. TeamPH Tokens and Liquidity

We now have a total of 5842218.655 TeamPH Tokens Staked. We also have $55716.26 Invested in our 3 Liquidity Pools. You can see the rich list using the following link: https://he.dtools.dev/richlist/TEAMPH.

The current value per token via exchange is now averaging $0.000193 per TeamPH Token (We are on a steady upward trend based on data) We have 3 liquidity pools, in which 2 of them are paying our decent rewards to those who are invested.

Stake Holder Dividend Payouts

Every Month, we send out a dividend paid out in Staked TeamPH Tokens to our Top 10 Holders. The Capital for this is taken from our Splinterlands Cards (NFT’s) that have been placed on the rental market, and from the DEC that has been accumulated during the month. We are currently giving out 10%. This DEC is then converted to TeamPH Tokens and then evenly split amongst the 10. We are looking to increase the amount of people that are receiving dividends and are just waiting on our community member /developer to finish off his software so that we can implement.

Guild & Brawl Update

We awarded 23usd worth of Staked TeamPH Tokens to our brawlers that were able to maintain a 80% win rate during brawls. We have also introduced the MVP (The Player that is able to achieve the highest Win % after a brawl cycle) who receives a bonus of 1000 TeamPH Tokens. All rewards are staked onto the retrospective accounts. Congratulations to all the winners.

We have now introduced a 14 SPS Monthly Contribution for Each Guild Member. This spreads equality amongst the Guild and pushes us closer to our goal of reaching Tier 4.

“SPS Delegation Wheel”

On every 7th of the month. Team Philippines will be hosting the Monthly SPS Wheel of Fortune, hosted by Mangomayhem and streamed live on Facebook. The delegation of SPS is for a month. These were our winners for the December wheel of fortune. The Earnings (In form of TeamPH Tokens) are used for the prize payouts of our monthly Splinterlands Tournament.

“Burn That Lechon”

Another alternative to receiving much needed SPS is through Leveluplife’s celebratory token called LECHON. As TeamPH stakeholders, you should have received an airdrop of these limited tokens and they are redeemable for SPS delegation.

On Boarding New Players

Here at TeamPH, we are always looking to grow our community. We have onboarded quite a few members into the HIVE Ecosystem who are not necessarily players of the game. An Example of this is @ninong7 who is an avid blogger but when it comes to Splinterlands, perhaps not his particular flavor. Instead he has purchased a Bronze Splinterlands Account to assist TeamPH and increase his potential Passive Income. Team Philippines will be allocating a Community Member to play on his behalf creating a win/win scenario. It is all about sharing the blessings.

We would also like to welcome back @jeckz09 and @mjalonzo who have returned to the world of Splinterlands. They will be playing in the bronze league for now, but I have a feeling they will be pushing up to the higher leagues in no time at all.

Monthly Splinterlands Tournament hosted by Team Philippines

The chosen format of the upcoming tournament on the (Saturday 23rd December 2023) scheduled at (7PM – PH TIME) will be a Gold Modern Chaos/Rebellion Card Sets only. These tournaments are held by @damour and streamed via Twitch (damourtv). Entry is open to Token Holders of TeamPH, PIMP, THGAMING, Cryptoshots and Lolz as well as personal invitations given out to key members of the Splinterlands Community. The registration fee is currently 25 DEC and the prizes are as follows:

We also have other initiatives, in which we are working on sustainable and consistent implementation, an example of this is our Sealed Tournaments that will be returning sometime in the not so distant future. We, as Team Philippines move as Splinterlands Moves and looks always for the benefit of the community.
