RE: Analyzing The New Changes Coming To Splinterlands.

It will be interesting and will favor those with the highest level cards. Hopefully it will help out card prices, but there are just so many Chaos cards and associated rewards cards that it might not help them very much.

Finding new players and retaining them is really essential, and here is where I kind of feel like they have been failing. They need to make it easier for players to start the game and earn rewards. What helped a lot during Chaos were the free packs, it gave new players a chance to accumulate cards beyond the rewards cards. Maybe they should start offering some Rebellion packs as a potential reward. I'm getting sick of pulling potions and merits almost half the time... Oh well...

It will temporarily favor those who have high level cards but this wouldn't be for too long, but it might just be very chaotic in the first two weeks. You're right it might not help much, but we're near the bull market proper, so I think a lot of people are going to be onboarded as well. So I feel that card prices will begin to go up, it might not be too significant, but it might be later than sooner.

I do believe that the bull market itself is when projects gets more attention, this happened to splinterlands in 2021, I believe it'll happen again.

It's also frustrating to be pulling potions, they're useless and I also agree that the reward format should be worked on. 80% of the people playing the game do not want potions as rewards.

One day at a time I guess, there's nothing else to do now. How about you?

Hanging in, that's all we can do. Just opened my reward chests for the day, I had nine but look what I got:

Potions and merits, the card I'm at a level 8 already and not even one half of an SPS. It's been like this for a week or so...
