No entry fee.
250 DEC each season sent to the leader for building leveling.
Finish season in Silver 3+
Participate in Brawls.
Delegate something helpful to the bot account.
Communicate any extenuating circumstances where you cannot meet requirements.
We have a well organized Discord and are all looking for people willing to engage there.

Perks
Raffle end of each season, one person gets 500 DEC, two people get 250 DEC each, and the remaining contributions go into whatever building we are working on.
Commons and rares the guild’s bot earns will be raffled off to the guild as well.
The guild has a bot and will be reinvesting all DEC it gets into the guild.
Optional season end raffle with DEC buy in to the bot for all epics, legendaries, gold, and packs the bot earned over the course of the season.
I, thejake01/collectiveivsion, will personally provide free 1:1 help on whatever you need help with. I currently play a deck in gold, have a bot playing an account in silver, and a rentals account.
Redenough (leader), has been playing since beta, and has lots of cards to help the guild.
Why pay some youtuber to join their channel when you can join this guild for pennies a month and get 1:1 help along with a chance to win your money back (and then some)!!!

Long Term Goals
Fray assignments and higher tier brawls. Get the right butts in the right seats, then help each other to do well in their frays through delegations and play tips to maximize merits/crowns/SPS/ranked battles.

Vision
Like Splinterlands itself, we want peace, freedom, and prosperity for all.
In this guild, this mantra will shine with COLLECTIVEVISION!

Our mission through this guild is to foster an environment that does this on a micro scale in the hopes that it creates ripple effects into the ecosystem and into the world. Sharing is caring, and teamwork makes the dream work ya’ll. We are all one symbiotic organism and we should start acting like it.

We don’t care where you live or what your station is in life. We just want people that are communicative, help where they can, and can meet the same equal minimum requirements for the guild.

Story
Redenough/perubean and I thejake01/collectivevision came from another guild that we were in for a year. We are serious investors and players.

We decided that the vision we saw for the guild wasn’t there and thought it would be better to start over.

Redenough has been playing since beta, took a break and came back in 2021, and recently started taking things more seriously with the coming SPS reward changes.

I, thejake01, have been in since August 2021, am a lifelong gamer and have been competitive in many games. I played Magic as a young teenager with junk cards and beat kids with pizza jobs. I’m a problem solver, have been in IT for 20 years, and know how to make this game work for us. I am also a capable mentor/teacher and documentation architect. I’ve trained dozens of engineers from the ground up and I can help you do better with this complex ecosystem that is Splinterlands.

We know we’ll be especially successful if we’re all willing to work together as a team for the glory of the guild, and our guildmates.

We want to create an environment that is always trying to give back to the guild, when possible, and create a sense of comradery and community.

Tools
We have a Discord. We encourage everyone to view and engage there, because let’s face it, the Tavern and Announcements just aren’t good enough.

We have a channel with quick, succinct, and straight to the point guides on: playing the game, getting money into the game, managing your rentals, evolving your accounts, raising your Hive RC, and many others.

We have a public spreadsheet where contributions are tracked openly. This sheet also has multiple tabs with tools created by the guild, a list of all helpful splinterlands tools, YouTubers we find, investment strategies, and really…whatever else we can dream up or people ask about and I can write succinctly, because if you can’t explain it simply - you don’t understand it well enough.

Where We’re At and Where We’re Going

Crowns and Building Leveling
We are starting over here and need crowns but we have a good foundation of Gladius cards, so the crowns will come and the buildings will level fast. We still have over 250k in DEC dedicated to the guild once crowns are available.

Brawls
Once we have a solid group of members and the buildings are feeling like they are at good levels, the Arena will be increased so we get to Tier 2 brawls. Merits in Tier 2 are dramatically higher. We’ll go to Tier 3 when we’re ready, but it will take a while, even if many move up when SPS rewards for brawls start.

Fray Assignments
What we saw in our previous guild was that there was a mad dash to join the frays that people were most comfortable with, instead of what might maximize the merits and crowns for the group. We want to start fray assignments early, get the right butts in the right seats, then have people do what they can to build their decks to that fray. People’s input will be required so we can do this effectively.

Delegations Within The Guild
We will also encourage people to get cards delegated to them from others in the guild, so they can be successful in their fray/battles. We recommend buddying up with someone in the guild and learning how to work together when possible. We’re not trying to strip away everyone’s rental revenue, just where you can help with a few cards here and there. Key cards for someone else might not be much to you, and vice versa. Even a few cards here and there can have a big impact.

The Guild’s Bot - Raffle It All
The guild has obtained a bot to be used for the guild. The bot will not own any cards besides what it earns as rewards through a season, all other cards will be delegated to it. All rewards that can be transferred out (DEC, packs, and cards) will be given back to the guild at the end of every season. Commons and rares that the bot earns will be given out to all guild members at the end of each season as part of the DEC contributions raffles. There will also be an optional raffle with a DEC cost to enter where the epic, legendary, gold, and packs will be given away. All DEC given to the bot to be in this raffle will be reinvested into the guild.

Contributors - Jobs and Wages
There will be jobs available for people that want to contribute such as tracking contributions, managing fray assignments, and tracking bot contributions. All files required to manage for these roles will be publicly available Google Docs, with clearly defined instructions for doing so, and each file will be separate from each other to make sure there is no malicious behavior that cannot be easily reverted. These jobs will have some sort of reward each season TBD.

Bot Contributions and Raffles
Optional. There will be a set amount of DEC contribution for each season. If the amount is sent to the bot at some point in the season you will be part of the raffle for all epics, legendaries, golds, and packs the bot earns over the course of the season. These will be the only cards the bot owns.
