How about we just get Runis that look like the marketing materials instead of these bait-and-switch ones that don't even have all the features?

I don't know what's worse.. their lack of clarity before the sale or them changing key things people use to help inform their decisions after the fact.. either way, this is starting to become standard practice and is destroying buyer confidence in future sales.
